I am updating my review. I am even more impressed with EDS. I realized I had a plumbing issue and called EDS. Great phone service. The plumber, Richie Cruz-Salgado came right out and made a thorough repair. Once again I am very pleased with the service and knowledgeablity of the personnel at EDS.

EDS is great. Sean Caplan was knowledgeable and thorough. He did a good job pricing the work. I highly recommend working with him.
My plumber, Jonathan Moccia, was awesome. Went above and beyond to be sure all the parts were correct and well-fitting. He takes great pride in his work.
The AC techs, Danny Fernandez and his assist Zach, were excellent. They stuck it out, made sure everything was up and running properly.
And everything was clean when they left — vacuumed and swept — spotless.
What a great experience.

Pedro who was my technician was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing in detail in addition to results of maintenance visit. I would recommend him to anyone

Peter T. was so amazing! He knew what was wrong within 10 minutes. We needed a new system due to lightning. He saw the fear in my eyes when I knew we didn't have the money for the new unit, and he worked so hard to help us get financing through EDS. I truly don't know what we would have done if we had gotten someone who just didn't care. Once the financing was secured, he set up our installation for two days later and even made sure we got two portable air conditioners to make the next two days bearable for us until the new unit was installed. I made an appointment with E.D.S. AC to do a maintenance service on my AC system. Kalib Williams was the tech that did the work. He was everything we could hope for in a technician: Prompt, on time, called to advise us when he would be arriving, very professional, thorough, polite. He asked if we had any concerns, questions or issues. He explained what he was going to do and then reviewed with us what he did and the results. He instilled a feeling of confidence in us that let us know we were dealing with someone who cares and knows what he is doing. He exceeded our expectations in every way.
I am keeping his card handy and next time we need service I will be requesting him.

Service was timely, efficient, informative and friendly. Service was explained as it was being done. I didn’t have to ask questions because he was quite thorough. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I went through 3 A/C companies in 6 years then I found E•D•S. They make terrible situations more bearable (anyone that lives in Florida during the summer knows the horror of that A/C going out at an inappropriate time.) Starting with that first call and talking to Jenny to explain the problem to the excellent Techs they send out (Danny for our last call, he was awesome and even took time to chat with my 6 year old) they make my family and I feel like they truly care. Love that we can get a tech to come out the same day and that they have emergency after hours as well (had to use that a couple of times too...) We have been with E•D•S for about 10 years now and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommend.

I have to give a huge thank you to this company and to the tech Nicholas who came to my house to fix my air conditioner. First of all my ac broke and I know everyone knows how miserable it can be. Over the weekend I was without air-conditioning because I had to wait until Monday so they could get the parts through the warranty. It wasn’t the best weekend being that I didn’t have Ac and I’m stuck in the house due to COVID-19. So you can imagine I was really edgy. However they really went above and beyond to fix everything in a timely manner. I’m not going to get into all the specifics but there was a little bump in the road but they fixed everything 100% and what they did for me will keep me a customer for life! I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family. I also own an insurance agency specializing in home and auto insurance. So I will definitely refer my customers to this company as well because I know first hand how they treat their customers. A big thanks to Nicholas and EDS Air-conditioning and plumbing!!

I wanted to try a new air conditioning company and tried E.D.S. for the first time I was very impressed with the service from my initial phone call with the helpfulness in getting someone out right away and by sending me a text and email to let me know he was on his way. Once the service tech was on his way he called me to let me know. His diagnosis was fast and I felt honest I would highly recommend them.
