UPDATED. Have been using them for routine maintenance as well as for repairs. One of the best things about them is that they always get out to your house super quickly, which is SO valuable when it's the middle of the summer and your AC is broken. Admittedly, we did have a few spontaneous issues with a new unit immediately after one of their routine maintenance visits, but they really did right by us and kept sending techs out until the issue was completely resolved. Recently, we had an old AC unit break and when others tried to upsell us and tell us to buy a new AC, EDS told us the unit could be fixed. If you want a company that is reliable and honest/honorable, these are definitely your guys.

Austin wasn’t just on-time, he showed up even earlier than promised! Checked the whole system, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running again very quickly. Offered some maintenance tips and explained everything well. Great job and very much appreciated. Will recommend and definitely use again. Hope we get Austin next time too!

They were on time, came in with a smile. They were a team player working together to get the job done. The a/c were installed on Thursday 10/12/22. Monday four days after on 10/16/22. The inspection didn't pass. Even though the guy's were friendly but, still needed more experience. You have nourished things that needs to be fixed. Such as monitor volts/amps on Fan motor. Inspect Safety Devices For Proper Operation. There is others also. I were also over charge more than $2000.00 for a 3 1\2 ton Ameristar a/c. I knew a friend has the same a/c she paid $5000.00. Women's who live along, please be careful or have someone with you when purchasing a/c. They out there to steal. GOOD LUCK!!

I have used EDS for many years and they have been great an A+ all these years.

EDS has done an excellent job for us over the past few years. We have an annual service contract with them. They are always professional, friendly and considerate as far as wearing masks and keeping areas clean. Pedro serviced our two AC units today. He’s worked on our systems before and are always very pleased. I love how they send you a text introducing your service technician and letting you know when he will arrive. It makes the process much more personal and feels safer. we’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years here in South Florida, and EDS is by far the best we have found.

I hired EDS 6 months ago for a routine service. I loved the technician so much that I signed up for their annual plan. Today, I had an even better experience! EDS sent me a text with a photo and mini introduction to the technician on the way. When Sean J arrived, he was polite and personable. He built rapport quickly and educated me on maintenance best practices. I would highly recommend EDS for your A/C needs!!

Justin was very thorough in his work. He checked the electrical part inside the apartment. Then, proceed to check the vents. Double checked the output of the system. And, then went to the roof to check a/c unit, itself. All the times took photos of his work. And, at the end gave us a very thorough explanation of all his findings. Update: Just had another awesome A/C service appointment. Juan was on time, communicative and took the time to explain what he found during the inspection. If you are looking for an A/C service that is professional then EDS should be the ones you call!

EDS has been a pleasure to work with the past 2 years. They are responsive, helpful and have integrity. They don’t use any high pressure sales tactics like other local companies. Whenever My AC has an issue, they are quick to respond and are always professional. I would highly recommend them!
