Sean arrived to fix my A/C last night within about 30 minutes. He was super friendly and fixed my issue with no problem. Great customer service!

i had called two other companies to replace a txv valve in a tight attic. one refused to do it and the other astro air quoted me a ridiculous price and said they had to replace the coil as well and they couldn't get the parts for possibly 12 weeks....called eds they sent a tech who confirmed the problem tried to fix it then and there which no one else did. he charged me only the 99 dollar service call even though he was there 1 1/2 hours,and quoted me a price for replacement that was half of the other co. 2 days later they sent austin who didn't even bat an eye at the tight hot attic,worked diligently for about 5 hours and bingo, issue fixed, by a super pro. very impressive!

Second time using E.D.S. and will certainly continue using them! Not only was I able to get "same day" service, but the technician David Mullin and helper Danny were terrific! They arrived on time and were extremely courteous, pleasant and professional. The problem was solved in a knowledgeable and timely fashion and I was afforded a detailed explanation of the work performed. E.D.S. is fortunate to have these guys on staff.....GREAT JOB!!!

I must give a huge thank you to this company and to the tech’s Austin and Ian who came to my house to replace my air conditioner.
These guys really went beyond to make sure the job was completed in a timely manner. They arrived at 8:00 am did not leave until 12:30 am. I must say this was a long day! EDS has gained a customer for life! I will refer them to all my friends and family. I work in an insurance agency specializing in home, auto and commercial insurance. So, I will refer my customers to this company as well because I know firsthand how they treat their customers.

I called at 3pm Sunday afternoon to say my a/c was blowing hot air and my house was 98 degrees inside. I was told someone would be here between 6 & 9pm. Sean called before 4 and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was.
He went on the roof, diagnosed my a/c needed a capacitor. And by 5:05pm he was finished and on his way to his next service call.
The whole time he was here he was so professional and courteous.

I will not hesitate to call E.D.S again if I ever need any of their other services and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Thanks Sean you made a not so great morning turn into a nice cool evening.

They were well organized and explained every procedure. This company shows that the system works from the top down. The owner is trustworthy and genuine as are all his staff. I have been working with EDS Air Conditioning for 3 years now. They installed my new unit & service it regularly. EVERY person I have dealt with in these 3 years have been super pleasant and this last experience did not disappoint either.

I had some drainage issues with my unit and Raymond explained the problem & solution in a way that I could understand. He was also very funny and easy to talk. He cleared the drain and cleaned up the space quickly and efficiently. Feeling comfortable with the service man in my house is very important to me and feeling confident in the information he gives me is equally important. Raymond is a keeper!

I also must give a shout out to Nancy in the office who is ALWAYS very helpful when I call for appointments. She is very patient, pleasant and goes out of her way ensure the best service is provided for me. I do feel like she has my best interest at heart and that means a lot.

EDS installed a new A/C unit in 2019. In the span of a year or more, I've had to call EDS around 20 times to fix items on the unit. i lost count but it could be more. it was always something; motor, coils, leaking, etc. Other than the original unit being old, i had poor drainage which i asked to be corrected during the install. This was not done and was just one of the many issues. unfortunately EDS relies on entry level staff to do the install with spotty supervision from a manager when he was there. The company agreed to extend the warranty a second year due to the many issues in year one. For the good, the field technicians were very responsive and courteous. They were always mission focused to get you up and running. It's pretty bad that i knew most of their staff. Big shout out to David Mullin. He's the best. He gets 5 stars.

The last straw was when my A/C went down over a holiday weekend due to a blown motor and i was forced to pay $150 for an emergency fee to have a technician come to replace the part. keep in mind that the unit was still under warranty and the motor failure had nothing to do with negligence. i called to ask if the motor blew the day after install, would EDS still charge me.... customer Service said, "that's a good question".

So is it the products being installed or the service being offered?
