My a/c stopped working Saturday afternoon (the day before Easter). I called the EDS office around 4 pm and Danny (the technician) showed up around 5:30.
He worked until 8 pm and got my a/c working again. He was very pleasant and professional and knowledgeable.
I was very grateful since I was hosting Easter dinner at my house the next day.
It’s never a good feeling to have your a/c stop working, but EDS is a pleasure to deal with and took the stress out of the situation.
The weather Easter day was above average and I am glad to say that my a/c worked beautifully.
Thank you to Danny and everyone at EDS!

I was very impressed with the technician who was sent to fix and service the a/c. You could tell he was highly experienced due to his knowledge of the unit and the fact that he got a call from another technician asking for his advice, while he was at my house.
I have had some bad experiences with other air-conditioning companies and I think I was very fortunate to find EDS. Highly recommended.

We got a quote from EDS in the summer of 2018. At the time we decided to hold off on a new unit. Yesterday (2/3/19) our unit crashed with our three day old baby at home. We called EDS at 6pm and by 630pm had already heard from two representatives assuring us we would be moved to first on the list for Monday. The crew showed up at 830am and installed the new system same day. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Tony, Eric and Anthony were absolute rock stars and rescued us from what could have been an AC nightmare. Please call the folks and ask specifically for them if you are ever in need. Their responsiveness, professionalism and customer service was truly one of a kind for the service industry in South Florida!

Needed anA/C drain cleaned other companies said they couldn’t do it because unit was on the roof. Called into EDS and the woman was so nice & understanding. She had someone in the area that was at my home within 30minutes. I received a text before Chris’s arrival with his photo & a little bit about his experience. He showed up with mask gloves and boot coverings which was very comforting to see as I work in healthcare. He talked to me about the work & had it completed within the hour. I highly recommend calling EDS before any other company.

Carol is very good at scheduling appointments. But our technician put in a part without our authorization. The part wasn’t bad yet and he said he would let us know the price first, but didn’t, and put it in. After $205 later, my husband googled the part and it was priced $50. My husband is in maintenance, so he would’ve been able to do it himself. He called EDS to let them know. He asked if they could credit some of it, but they said they’d call back. Needless to say, no return call. I also work at a place where our techs make money with sales, but they would never do anything like this! We are going to cancel our service if we don’t get some credit and go with another company. The least they could do is return our call!!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Worked swiftly and made sure everything was back where it should be when they were done.
Edit: one year later and the service is still awesome. Juan, our HVAC specialist, did an outstanding job. He even volunteered to work my call which was later that usual due to my work hours. I cant day enough good things about this company.
