quick scheduling. polite. prompt arrival of technicians who were polite,
careful of furniture, used masks and shoe covers, knew what the problem was and went above and beyond to fix. would highly recommend for all service related to AC

Technician Bill came out to look at my A/C unit that was making a screech noise at startup. He was prompt, quick, and courteous. Diagnosed the issue, it appeared to be a capacitor, and explained the issue very well. Great job, would highly recommend.

You don't want to go with anyone else. These people are top notch in every way. They are detail oriented, on time, and give you all the attention and info you need to make a good decision. Our 14-year-old AC went out and they promptly came to take care of us, including the entire the permit process. First Air AC is the bomb!
