I've been using First Air services for a little over 15 years, not only for my our residence but also for all the properties that I manage,
I'm a realtor, and a property manager for over 20 years and it took me 6 yrs to find a reliable and honest company to work with.
I use to hate people coming in to give me estimates, because the estimate was never based the job it was based how much they could get depending on how wealthy the area was, it should not matter where the property is or how rich your client is the job is the same, I always gave companies a test, so I did with first air they did a unit for me at a resort that I manage, than I asked them to replace my own unit in my humble home and to my surprise the price was the same, I was shocked with their honesty. Now if they can, they will give a break to help widows like my mother in law, or help the church or a friend in need but they won't offset that cost by overcharging there rich, and I can say that because I know first hand how professional and human these people are, if only they could teach other business their way of running a business, the world would be a better place.
I asked Mrs. Smith once how can she run her business like that, she told me that she is not interested in becoming rich, that she cares about serving her community and be fairly paid, not exorbitantly paid, make a safe and happy environment for her employees, and sleep soundly with a clean conscience.
Their employees stays with them forever.

I have used First Air as my AC service provider for a couple of years because I feel that they are trustworthy. My AC unit went out last week & it was time for a replacement. I spoke with Thomas over the phone several times as I was trying to determine which system was best for my home. Thomas was always available, patient & informative. I obtained a few quotes & found that First Air's pricing was very fair. Once I made the decision, Thomas scheduled the installation for the next day & team came over in the morning to install. Raphael & Javier did an excellent job with the installation & we had AC in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend First Air because they did not send a sales person to my home to try to sell me. Instead, they provided me the information that I needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, Raphael & Javier did a great job with the installation.

First Air is an exceptional company, excellent service, very professional and honest. They arrived when they said they would, He went right to work making the repairs to our thermostat "even when others said it couldn't be done" they did it! He examined my unit, tested the unit to make sure it worked and would work after he left. He took the time necessary to make the repairs and made sure it was done right. I highly recommend First Air as the A/C company to go to for all your air conditioner needs, don't look elsewhere, just make the call to First Air for a affordable price and a job done right, the first time.
