First Air AC

First Air replaced and installed two HVAC systems at my residence.
They were professional and did a wonderful job. Everything has worked perfectly and the building inspector told me that First Air was tops in his view too. I could not have been more pleased.

this company installed a 2 ton trane system on the roof of a 5 story bldg as well as the air handler inside the apartment for me. they did an excellent job. very profesional. thomaz the manager is very responsive and handled all the details as well as some special requests with no problem at all.the price was fair and came with a 2 year warranty all in writing in the estimate. i will use them for my next install

Gazment was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with cleaning my AC which is located on my roof. He cleaned out all the foliage growing as well.

Complete install of new handler & compressor units very clean job and timely.

Using FAAC for years. They always manage to show up the day I call. Two complete new systems installed in my home in 2016 and 2017. (We have four zones; built 1988.) Professional, honest, clean.
Two complete new Trane systems instslled this year. Now all four zones are new R410a Tranes installed and serviced by FAAC.

They were able to walk me through everything to make sure what I needed matched my finances. My technicians went above and beyond to keep my house clean and they worked efficiently enough to get the job done, leaving no mess behind or evidence that they were even there. They left me with the peace of mind that my ac will work perfectly to keep me cool during these summer months. I would use them again and I plan to use them for maintenance on my new system.
