He takes the time to explain the "why" behind what is not working and always give an honest opinion. Sometimes, they can help solve my cooling problem, over the phone with no charge for service! They are always fair with their pricing and warranty their work. They can be trusted.... they won't push to sell you a new system, as their service guys do not work on a commission basis. I have been cheated by other companies, but I have always been happy with First Air! No complaints at all....

Employees showed up for installation on time, very professional, courteous and thorough. Once installation completed they took their time to finish all details and cleaning up the workplace. Highly recommended this company for sales, repairs and installation of Air Conditioning units.

First Air was called to my condo to clear the blockage in the AC drain pipe, this was completed quickly and completed, the technician recommended some additional preventative maintenance tasks, he explained the reason clearly and answered all my questions. Mr. Rucaj was very professional with his suggestions, estimated the additional cost and did not pressure these additional services. Very pleased with First Air and would suggest them for your AC needs

Excellent well rounded and informed people that work for First Air Ac. I have never purchased an AC unit, Dustin took the time to go over everything with me as well as make himself available to answer even the little questions. They were by far the best price. I can't say enough about the wonderful service Gazi from First Air AC provided! He came to our home to drain an algae filled ac drain pipe! Gazi was very knowledgable and provided outstanding ideas to keep our HVAC in great shape! My husband and I were impressed with the affordable prices and even signed up for First Air's service plan!
