First Air AC

Gazi was thorough, on time and an absolute life saver! He took the time on what should have been an easy fix, and went through my entire wiring setup to find the problem. I will absolutely be seeing him again for routine maintenance going forward.

First Air has serviced my air-conditioning for the last 10 years. I have purchased two new units and two different homes and they were always professional and courteous when working in my home. They worked around my schedule and we’re very conscious about pricing. They were very fair and I believe this is one of the best companies that I’ve worked with.

Had indoor coil replaced. Fair price and excellent service tech was very experienced installed part in under 4 hours all by himself. In door coil in the attic is not a easy job. He made it look easy. They will get all my future business.

I haven’t had good luck with A/C service until a friend referred First Air to me. They were on time, and serviced my Air conditioner thoroughly. Technician Gaci was very helpful in explaining my situation and kept my place very clean.

First Air did an amazing job with our new Nest thermostat and keeping up with our AC maintenance. Our AC technician Gazi was very professional, and walked me through how to use our Nest.

At a time when ac units are hard to attain, First Air acquired and installed the unit within the week more than 3000 below two other bids. 2 other bids were at least a 2 week wait on equipment. They did not try to upsell me on options not needed in my setup. The response to questions and scheduling were always in a timely manner and with a person. I will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I have lived in my home for the past 41 years. I have dealt with many AC companies during this time. I just recently started dealing with First Air. The two servicemen who were here, Jonathan,, and Emis were professional, Knowledgeable and genuinely good people. The office staff is also a pleasure to deal with and immediately send the servicemen. Have used First Air A/C in Loxahatchee, Fl. for almost 20 years. Everyone that works for them are top rated mechanics. They answer the phone and take care of your problem. You can trust them to do the job right the first time and on time. And they will not try to sell you something you don't need. They are a honest, hard working company. I highly recommend them. The Service Supervisor Emis Martin is fantastic! He is knowledgeable of all problems relating to your A/C Unit. He is also friendly and courteous. They are in my estimation, the best!
