Gazi is amazing, professional, prompt and accommodating. He stays until he is sure the unit is functioning properly. He’s polite and dedicated.

Air conditioning blower motor failed and First Air were very prompt in coming out to troubleshoot problem. They had to order part and they came next day and replaced motor. Techs did a good job and were in full compliance with corvid 19 protocols. They did a good job and price was very reasonable. Thanks First Air

I've used First Air AC three times; twice to perform regular maintenance on my AC and the second time to replace an evaporator. On all three occasions their technician performed their work with professionalism and without cutting corners. They did quality work and I wouldn't trust any other company with my AC maintenance.
