First Air AC

Have hires First Air multiple times to service and fix ac issues. They are always prompt at returning calls or responding to online requests, especially if it was made late at night. Techs are always respectful and honest. Highly recommend!

A/C went out early Saturday morning they scheduled me for an appointment for that afternoon. John was very helpful but unable to repair due to torrential rain and the problem being outside. He returned as promised Sunday morning and completed the repair without issue. Grateful to have a cool home again. Did I mention they are closed on Sunday but they still contacted me. What great customer service!!! Great company to do business with I appreciate their professionalism.

You guys made today’s visit very easy and affordable, not to mention timely. I appreciate how fast you got someone to my house. What you don’t know is my elderly mother is now living with me and is home alone during the day, so getting the A/C working for her was very important.
