Complete Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

My AC was not cooling properly. Called Complete Comfort, Lori answered the phone. She was very pleasant, professional and was able to schedule me the same day. Josh came out to diagnose the issue and found my duct work in very poor condition. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Provided a quote for duct replacement which was reasonably priced. They were able to schedule the work right away! My home is now cooling as it should. I am very pleased with the company and will use them for all my AC needs!

David the tech, was very knowledgeable and professional. He correctly diagnosed the problem, and was able to get my A/C up and running until the permanent repair can be made. Jessica, part of the management team, got involved and offered a great solution, went above and beyond for this repair! In the end ,the high level of customer service is more than excellent! Reached out for a service call late in the day and was assisted by Jenn who was very professional and scheduled me on the spot for the same day. Josh the technician called in advance to let me know his ETA and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable/professional, explained the problem in detail, did a very thorough job and cleaned up after himself. During his repair, he made suggestions to help improve our unit's efficiency without trying to up-sell, which we appreciated. We feel very confident in the company, will continue to use and refer to friends and family.

Fred is Thee Best! He treated our home like it was his very own. He made multiple visits to our home to troubleshoot and ultimately diagnose our HVAC issue, resulting in an ongoing repair and replacement parts. He worked directly with the Trane technical team to resolve our issues. He went above and beyond for us and we feel comforted to know that Fred and Complete Comfort stand by us! Unheard of in S. FL.

AC went out on Friday. Technician arrived early next morning in a modern, well equipped service vehicle. Fred quickly diagnosed and repaired our problem. Fees were reasonable for the situation and, based on the excellent service I received, I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan which will reduce maintenance costs and further increase response times in the future.

Danny is fantastic and company is great. They did everything they said they would when they said it would be done. Just switched to Complete Comfort and So far so good .
