Complete Comfort AC is simply the best! They have been servicing our AC for a couple of years now, and I'm so glad they are! Living in Florida means the AC has to be kept in good condition ALL the time. They are always on time--usually early which is nice! They call when they're on their way. They call with appointment or service reminders, but they don't call excessively. We've had a few different men work at our house over the years, and all have been knowledgeable, helpful, hard-working and polite. They even tolerate and try to win over my barky dog! I couldn't ask for anything better!

UPDATE: We continue to use Complete Comfort, and we continue to receive that exact same excellent service. It doesn't matter which technician comes out, they all do a great job and are so considerate and polite. We are equally happy with everyone from the team.

Complete Comfort sent a tech out by the end of the day. He made the recommendation for needed repairs, and gave me the options I needed to make a decision. The next morning, parts were ordered and the system was up and running by mid-day. Fred and Mark acted as a team to provide great service.
