Complete Comfort is very responsive and professional. Our technician, Danny, was very polite, friendly, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix the issue quickly and explained what was done. We highly recommend Complete Comfort and Danny!
There are two people I would like to thank. First, Lori a customer service rep listened to my request, understood exactly what I needed, and was not sure if Complete Comfort's policy would allow them to preform the work. She took the issue to her management and within a couple of hours she had an answer. She, promptly called me back and setup a service call for the next day.

The technician I believe it was Danny was scheduled to be here at 4pm and he showed up early calling me 10 minutes before he came. He was great and is a very experienced man. Actually, he was the person who sold me a completely new system. While, selling me our new AC he listened to my concerns about getting more air into some smaller bedrooms farther from the unit. He suggested a fix and when they installed the system they also adjusted the flow of air in the attic.
The mini split installed by me had a leak and when he came out he had to completely charge the unit. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. Thanks Danny you did a great job both on the design of the whole house unit and on the mini split that cools my garage.
For anyone reading this I would highly recommend Complete Comfort for all your AC needs.
The following comments are from an service call on 11/30/2022. Also, Complete Comfort is very family friendly. Everyone I talked to was like talking to one of my siblings. They are excellent with customer interactions. I worked for Apple in an Apple Store and Apple spends a lot of time training employees on how to interact with customers to not just sell them something. But, to treat them with dignity, respect, empathy, and to listen buy asking open ended questions. Every person I interacted with at Complete Comfort demonstrated all the above qualities.
Ryan was very professional, nice, and communicated what was going on well. He was great and I really appreciated his assistance. He was able to diagnose my AC system which was not turning on. He identified the problem as a faulty thermostat and replaced it for me. This complete fixed my problem. He was very quick as well.
My only complaint is that the replacement thermostat was very overpriced. The unit retails for ~$60 and I was charged ~$250
