We had Ryan today for our regular quarterly maintenance. He did. Fabulous job, communicated clearly, was quick, cleaned up after himself, and was very nice, too!

Josh did such a terrific job for us. our HVAC stopped working late last night and he showed up today on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part I needed, fixed it and then gave my system a full cleaning and servicing. He showed great initiative, and really cares about his work! Plus he’s super nice and a pleasure. I signed up for regular service, and thought it was all a great value! We having been with Complete Comfort for about 7 yrs. They are professional, knowledgeable and do excellent work. My air-conditioning system was getting old and I decided it was time to replace it. Jenn was great helping me on the phone.
Dennis and his team did the installation. They were all professional and did a great job. After a couple of days I decided I wanted the simple thermostat instead of the programmable one. Danny did the change out for me. He is also an asset to the team. If you need an air-conditioning company you can trust, I highly recommend Complete Comfort.

Bain was asked to come to our home for an AC issue. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, aware of homeowners’ concerns, and explained everything that we needed to know regarding the operational functioning of our system. We thoroughly appreciated his layman explanation of what our AC issue involved and he was delightful to have in our home. In addition, Matt, Complete Comfort‘s manager, who oversees the company‘a operation, was instrumental in sending Bain to our home to correct an unfortunate AC issue. We also thank the office staff who accelerated these appointments. They were extremely efficient, patient, and understanding when we spoke with them regarding our issues and the scheduling process. We highly recommend Complete Comfort for all of your air conditioning needs!!!

This Company is knowledgeable and has good service. Bain informed me about why my AC unit was dripping and installed a safety float switch to prevent future issues with the unit. I'm thankful for it and the service I received. I will continue using this Company and recommend it to friends around the area. Thank you again!
