Called them in the morning, came out same day for my business. Josh was wonderful.

Danny was excellent. He took the time to explain exactly what he had found. One of the ducts was leaking out cold air and he repaired it and conducted diagnostic tests on the system. He was a professional and I did feel like I was being scammed like my ac company I just fired a few months ago. The work he performed was at an elderly family members home. Based my interaction with him I will be notifying this company to conduct my own ac maintenance.

Had a maintenance on my AC and Fred was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. I have had other companies do maintenance but I have never had one quite like Complete Comfort has performed. Would definitely recommend Fred and Complete Comfort.

We have had problems with our condensate clogging every month. We called Complete Comfort and they resolved the problem and with their maintenance every six months we have been good. They show up quickly as well.
Bain came out today and spent a great deal of time cleaning our unit for our 6 month maintenance. He also offered a filter system that will help my wife with her allergies.
They are a good company.

Danny came out to my house and was very friendly and professional. He was on time, the company said between 1pm-3pm and he was at my house at 1pm and gave a courtesy call before hand to let me know he was on his way. He had a great understanding of the a/c system and what the problem could be. He diagnosed the issue after going through the check list of possibilities. I feel like he didn't try to upsell me or sell me on something that wasn't necessary. He put in extra effort to do a good job and I was very appreciative for his service.

Fred M. Is a fantastic technician and outstanding human being. I’ve known Fred since he installed the A/C unit in my house. He’s very polite and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works to my satisfaction. Total home run with this company. They came right away and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. He got everything fixed quickly and for a very fair price. I signed up for the service plan going forward.
