I have been working with Air McCall for 10 yrs and they never disappoint. I had 2 new units installed and they are all still in excellent working condition so it was a no brainer for me to choose them to install a 3rd unit for me. As usual, they were prompt, very thorough and neat. Their pricing is very competitive. They also do an excellent job servicing my units every 6 months to ensure they remain in exceptional working condition. I highly recommend Air McCall for all your AC needs. I truly believe they are so great because of the phenomenal leadership of Toby who has an amazing support staff in Courtney and Amber, as well as the remaining staff and service techs. Love Air McCall. Cale G, one of their service techs just performed a system maintenance. Cale always does a tremendous job. He is thorough and personable. My wife and I love Air McCall. They installed our system in the summer of 2020 at the peak of Covid. They were the only company willing to help us at the time. They installed a very efficient Carrier system for a very fair price. We had another company say they could replace our system for double what Air McCall was charging because the other company who I was a long time customer of wanted to take advantage of our situation. Air McCall came in and saved the day with honesty and integrity. If you're looking for a great HVAC company you should call Air McCall.

From start to finish AirMcCall was great. They provided a detailed estimate with various options. Included with the estimate was information on all equipment/components being provided. Toby and the installation team communicated very well as to what to expect and when. The installation team (Alonzo and TJ) arrived on time and were courteous, efficient and professional. After the system was installed Alonzo walked me through each component of the system and answered all my questions. When they left our house you wouldn't even know they were there. Add to that AirMcCall had competitive pricing. I would highly recommend.

Recently purchased my townhome and knew I would be replacing the Heater/AC as both were getting up there in age. I was concerned about being able to get the job done in these trying times (supply chain issues, etc). But I was able to get a firm quote from Tyler and Curtis within days of first contact and selected Air McCall based on their quotes and got the install scheduled for the following week. The install crew arrived right on schedule, and answered all my questions as they worked getting my new system in and running.

Steve Estrada of Air McCall provided fantastic service that went above and beyond. He quickly and correctly assessed the problem with my A/C unit and went the extra mile to locate the pipe outside and repair it. Steve was professional, skillful, friendly and did all of this work in 92 degree weather. I HIGHLY recommend Air McCall and Steve E. It is great to find a company and an individual that really cares about the customer.

Just had the annual service checkup one year after installation. The technician (Dallas) was right on time at the beginning of the scheduled window. He performed the service quickly and efficiently. Very professional and obvious he knew what he was doing. I recommend Air McCall and the Carrier system for anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I have used Air McCall for several years with their semi-annual maintenance program. Last checkup the service tech suggested a new and more efficient system. Within a few days the sales team designed a new system plan to remove and install a new Carrier a/c system.

The sight survey and installation team did an outstanding job. Prompt, efficient, professional, and complete. It’s hard to find people who do expert work and take pride in what they do. Service Tech Steve, Installers Eric and Jesse, Rob and Amber in the front office are the best in the business. I recommend Air McCall to anyone who is looking for air conditioning service, repair or a new system.

The company lives up to its reputation and the advertisements on their web page are true.

The two installers were very good (excellent!!). They explained exactly what they were at the house to do. The two employees were thorough, professional and pleasant throughout the complete installation. They cleaned up after their work and explained how to maintain the units so that they would operate for the longest time of their use. I can recommend them for anyone that has issues, repairs or installations. .McCall is certainly the best of the five prominent local HVAC companies in Jacksonville. Would also commend their VP of Sales Rob for the details and options that were provided to me.

McCall installed the unit almost 2 years ago. The installation went great. They did our service earlier year. We did have issues this past weekend with the heat. They promptly returned our message and setup an appointment the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable. Everyone that we have worked with has been very polite and respectful of our house. The only thing I can fault them with was it took a year to close out our permit, but I think that was more of the county’s fault.

Toby has been amazing to work with. I needed to get a new AC unexpectedly and he was able to offer me a price close to half what other companies were quoting me. Once I decided to go with him on Wednesday, he had Steve and Jason, two amazing techs, out to me by the weekend. They were here earlier than I expected and finished well before I expected as well. All in all, I will be recommending Air McCall to my friends and family and look forward to working with them in the future.
