Air McCall

We needed a new AC in our condo. We got bids from 3 different places and McCall was easily the best price for essentially the same equipment, and they were able to install almost immediately. A great experience all around.

Air McCall, specifically Rob Battinelli, did a wonderful job with educating me about all the systems that would be a good fit for my two-story townhome. He did a great job at working with me on the price and warranties and we settled on something that I felt was within my budget while still getting the recommended unit. He was always available to answer my questions on the phone and over text. The two men that came for installation were clean, thorough, and timely. I have been very pleased with our new Carrier unit which was installed about 11 months ago.

If you’re looking for a new system and don’t want to deal with obnoxious salespeople pushing an overpriced system that you don’t need, Air McCall is the company to work with. After having about 5 different local companies to my house to provide estimates, Air McCall was a head above the rest in all aspects. No complaints here!

We called today and they said they would be out between 4pm- 8pm. My husband called back at 4:30 because he never received the email they were supposed to send about our appointment to make sure it was set and the guy said that we were all good. We call at 8pm to see how far away they were and they said the dispatcher "never hit enter" and our appointment was never entered into the system. After waiting 4 hours they say they can no longer come tonight. Don't waste your time like they wasted ours.

AirMcCall's personnel are very professional. They spend as much time as needed to provide you with information about their company, warranties, service, and the new equipment they installed. We would definitely recommend them for services, installation, etc., for your air handler and/or compressor here in Florida. Thank you, Air McCall!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got 7 estimates from other AC companies and we went Air McCall because of Toby in sales.
He gave very fair pricing and is very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and Toby answered them all. 5 stars+ to TJ and Alonzo for doing an exceptional job on the install. They showed up on time and did an super good job. They were both very professional and very neat. Air McCall and there staff went above and beyond and have earned my business from now on.

I reached out to Air McCall this morning to get a second opinion on whether or not we have a leak in our evaporator coil. Shannon (I think that was her name) over the phone was friendly, professional and was able to get someone out today. Antonio showed up, did a VERY thorough check of our system and could not identify and leak as the previous company stated there was. Antonio was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He could have easily agreed with prior company and I would have not known any better. Antonio saved us roughly $1500 for being an honest, thorough technician. McCall is also the first A/C company to not try and sell me a for a routine service every 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

This is the second time we have contacted Air McCall to service our HVAC. Without a doubt Air McCall is the most conscientious service provider we have ever used.
The technician "Dallas" was extremely professional, friendly and most important knowledgeable.
Our system is getting old and we know it will soon need to be replaced. Without being pushy or trying to sell us on a new system, Dallas serviced our old system, explains our options and gave us his recommendations..
I would 100% trust Dallas and this company to be honest and do a great job.
Without a doubt, when your system does go out, we will be calling Air McCall to install the new system.

We needed a new A/C unit. We had used them in the past for some maintenance and were very happy with the technician and the service so decided to get a quote from them. Their quote was a few hundred dollars below another firm we have done business with in the past. They were able to schedule quickly and at a convenient time for us. The installers were very professional. They completed the work according to the time estimate. The work was as expected and they did a great job cleaning up. Definitely recommend.

Air McCall was fantastic! Toby came out to give a free estimate, was well dressed, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Two days later they had our new unit installed. The workers were great! They were super patient with all of our questions and concerns, explained about replacing our old unit and were very efficient. We would absolutely recommend this business!

Bought their top of the line unit just over a year ago. Fan motor went out. Had to call 4 seperate times over 2 days to get ahold of someone who could give me an ETA on the motor. 10 year warranty on the entire setup, finally they tell me that me and my family will be without ac for the next 4-6 weeks waiting on this motor. You can't get anyone but operators on the phone, so no way to get any kind of explination at all. Never would have spent all that money with this company knowing they don't keep parts in stock for the units they sell.
