Toby, Darius, and Kenzie were excellent communicators and listened to my unique requests to utilize the HVAC handler space more efficiently when replacing an older water-to-air system. The devised and implemented solutions that not only made the space more usable but they did it with a quality build and customization of the new duct board. This was basically a new build install in a 1966 MCM. They also took care to do the install with precision as to not damage or affect anything else in the home. Highly recommend this team!

We had Air McCall come out and check our old A/C when it stopped working. We were informed what we already pretty much knew. After 27 years it had finally "gave up the ghost" and was beyond serviceable repair. They talked with us and explained what options they could offer us for on a new Carrier A/C unit and air handler that would meet our need. The individual who talked with us was very knowledge and was able to answer all the questions we asked and was very patient and not at all "pushy". Two days later, 3 service guys showed up on time and in half a day they had replaced our old A/C and air handler and thermostat. We are very satisficed with our new units and are enjoying not only the A/C but also our first JEA bill was considerably lower than what we had been paying. After the installation, we did have several things that came up and they took care of everything that were our concerns. I have used Air McCall for years. I made an appointment with them a few weeks ago for a air conditioning check up. I was given a date and time. Just this week they called and said they were to busy and couldn’t keep the appointment. I could make one for 4 months from now! Sorry to know they lost a good customer!!

We were very pleased with a complete new system install by Air McCall. We had them replace the outside unit and the inside air handler over the weekend and have zero complaints. We obtained six estimates before deciding on a company and could not be more happy with the price and their work. The installers were professional and very efficient as a team. They did a better than expected job cleaning up as well. The install, I was told beforehand, would be a "full day" but I think they were only at our house for five hours. Installers Travis and Eric knocked it out of the park and I enjoyed working with Toby for the estimate and sales process.

Great experience so far. Had to replace 15 yr old R22 Carrier heat pump with new. Was nervous about new lines going up the back of the house looking weird. They installed a cover over the lines to make it look like a gutter (see picture). How cool! Installers were very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend using Air McCall.

I had an old unit from 2003 with R22 that literally exploded all the fluid everywhere, not to mention the corroded wires (thanks to the salt water). Needless to say, an entirely new unit was in order. Toby was professional, friendly, and eager to make sure I had exactly what I needed and wanted. I had MANY questions which he answered with ease. Not only were they able to get it done for me the next day (where others had given me a 2-week timeframe), but they did it at a lower price than the others. Darius arrived on time the day of the replacement and explained everything he was going to be doing. When he finished, he reviewed everything again to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Of course I thought of some things a couple days later and they were very helpful in answering my questions.

We were in the market for a new A/C system. I had about 9 different companies come out and provide quotes for the exact same service/equipment. They worked with me as we were having other work done and they not only aligned schedules but made sure none of the other work impacted the new system. On the day of install, they sent 3 installers that were able to get the job done quickly and with quality. They even rerouted my drain to a more appropriate location and ensured the A/C lines from the unit were protected and well hidden.
