Rick was awesome! He arrived right on time. Explained to us what he needed to do and gave his opinion on how best to install the lighting. The overall experience with the company has been great. We used Lickety Split for plumbing and now electric. They are highly thoughtful of the customer experience and have great follow-up! A+ all the way!

The gentleman came in and diagnosed our issue promptly (also was early and appreciated the phone call ahead of arrival). They had the part in stock and changed out our sink. They gave different options for pricing and he was not pushy. The tech was very pleasant and did clean work. Will use again in the future.

We had a leak repaired and new washer dryer hookup installed, which led to a new hot water heater, air conditioning unit and water softener system.

This company is super professional and cares a lot. When I called to do some maintenance of my lines they answered immediately and got someone out the next day. The person arrived on time and walked me through multiple solutions to what I was looking to do so I could find the most effective solution maintenance wise and cost wise for me. They helped me get everything taken care of that day and it looks and works great. They took the time to listen to me and make sure I was happy with the work. The company even followed up to check on the work and make sure it was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Highly satisfied and highly recommend. 😊

Detail-oriented tech who was patient and explained what needed to be done to get the house in proper working order. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Replaced a dozen non-usable receptacles, installed a couple of necessary GFCI outlets, a bathroom vent fan and 3 ceiling fans. It was a lot and he completed the work quicker than I expected. From my initial phone call, it has been a pleasure doing business with this company.

I cannot speak high enough about the experience we had with these folks for a recent major plumbing project. We had broken down cast iron and a few associated issues leading to leaks in our walls and floors. Mike and Seth were AWESOME. They know timeliness, cleanliness, and efficiency are important to us and they demonstrated this understanding throughout the process. Other awesome experiences we’re with Will, Shawn, and Don. We had a very minor issue the morning after the repair (unrelated) and they came out immediately and helped us out. Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing following our first home purchase. They treated us kindly, professionally, and spoke to us like peers. A bonus is that they didn’t treat us any differently when arriving despite our massive rainbow flag on the front of our house. We had been treated poorly by other companies and being treated with respect and compassion is extremely important to our family.

What an ordeal we had at our rental. I called a few plumbers before I reached Lickety Split. Water had come up from the bottom of the toilet and flooded the floors. Just a mess. Other plumber's were booked until next day and I needed one ASAP. Fortunately, one of there guys were finishing up and they sent him over afterwards. Maybe within 30min John showed up. Talk about relief. I had some work done in the shower and new toilet installed. Somehow, while they were working a piece of cement backer board went down the pipe. John used the camera to find the object and flushed it out to the main line. He also took a picture to show that it had been cleared. I was so grateful and thankful. Needless to say, so was my tenant. He also found the valve that was replaced leaking and with the wrong connection. He changed that out and no more leaks. I ended up getting a 1yr service with them for my tenant and for piece of mind. John did a great job and was very attentive. He evaluated what could have been before just jumping into anything. Replaced a leaky garbage disposal. Matt was professional, neat, and on time. He answered all our questions and left a neat work station. Communication with the office was timely and informative.
Repair was done with no issues. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs. We will now try their AC maintenance in the fall as a result of this experience.

JOHN is an excellent asset! He arrived, diagnosed the leak, had the necessary "valve" replacement, replaced the leaking unit, and had everything working in a minimal amount of time. We also discussed the water softener & filtration system, gave us a quote on a system, & also explained the "all trades" service plan; which we now have. A water softener/filtration system is in our future, just a matter of when we get it installed! John is very professional!
"Lickety Split" was responsive to our phone inquiry, set an appointment, & completed the plumbing repair, in the same day! An unusual occurrence in the St. Augustine area!
