Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric

My Rheem Water softener was not working and I noticed I had received coupons in the mail from Lickety Split Florida. So I called them. My initial contact was Lindsay who was very nice and professional and got me on the schedule right away. Less than 20 minutes after our first call ended, she called me back and said the plumbers were on their way.

Brandon and Ryan came to my home, found the issue with the water softener and explained to me every step of the way what they were doing and what I could also do going forward. Their kindness, promptness, professionalism and knowledge goes a long way.

The price was very reasonable and I didn't have to wait a week to get my water softener serviced.

I would recommend Lickety-Split Florida to anyone. Going forward I will definitely use them for my home plumbing needs.

My drain was so clogged it was pouring out onto the kitchen floor. This wonderful man from Lickety Split not only ensured the drain was completely cleaned and unclogged, he ensured we were able to tailor the pricing to what a single mother and her elderly aunt could afford. He made sure we got what we needed and some additions assurance for the next year within a budget we could handle. He was amazing, compassionate, and we have not had any additional issues with the drain line for the last two weeks so far. Thank you so much for your help!!

As a rule I try and do business with local companies as I was born and raised here in St.Augustine, but I was in an emergency/ time sensitive situation, and Lickety-Split was the first company that responded to me. I I have never dealt with a company that was so very accommodating of my needs.
Divisional coordinator, John Neal, was here the very next day as promised. He went above and beyond. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took care of everything. He became aware of some other major issues that I was trying to handle, and recommended other resources that I was in need of. I didn’t realize that Lickety-Split also offered HVAC services, and he had another team at my home with in an hour or so to assist me with a solution to my a/c duct issues. William Shi and Jordan Stanley, the Lickety-Split hvac team, were also extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, and spent time going over my options as far as my ac ductwork was concerned. I ended up hiring them as well. I look forward to having them take care of what needs to be done. In all honesty this is my very first review ever, but I felt like it was well worth the time. I’d love to recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c, plumbing, and eclectic services. You definitely will not regret it. Everyone I spoke with…from the receptionist, to the professionals, and even the owners….were absolutely wonderful.

Bought a house and water heater kept tripping the breaker. Called multiple companies in the area late on a Friday looking for someone to come on Saturday as we live out of town and can only come on weekends. Lickety Split was one of only two companies that returned my call and the only one to come with 1 day's notice and on a Saturday. Their prices were fair, and the electrician (Ritch) was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They just earned a permanent spot on my contact list!!!

The service provided was top notch! Everything was explained and the technicians have all been very professional. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely refer to my customers in the future.

Wayne was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him. He fixed my water same day within a few hours and kept me in know of everything he was doing. He even reached out the following day to ensure the repair was indeed working. Great customer service all around.

Christopher Hall came to install our water softener and he was awesome. He worked with us during the installation and educated us on our new system and the pipes connected. He worked hard and provided great conversation. Costs and information was all up front with no hidden fees or extra charges. Going to use them for all future house needs.

Received an AC tune up. Technician was on time, and very professional with many hi-tech tools to check my AC system. He cleaned my outside unit and answered any and all my question. I feel very satisfied that my AC system is ready for summer.

A huge shout out to Jordan and Will for being patient with me on Wednesday at 7:00pm. While one of them were talking to me about our issue, the other was allowing my 18month old to put stickers on them. Jordan also went back to the shop to get me two portable units to make my family comfortable until the new unit could be put in. Austin and Will were able to put my new unit in the next day before bad weather and the heat. They also answered all of my questions and once again let me 18 month old bother them! My family will definitely be using their services in the future.
