I reached out to several Jacksonville vendors for quotes on installing two new AC systems. One insisted off brand equipment was the "same as Carrier." Another well known provider provided a suspicious estimate on the back of scratch paper. I knew Air McCall had a great reputation, and their quote for new Carrier AC systems was extremely competitive and professionally delivered. The installation itself went smoothly. I had a couple of follow-up questions, and they dispatched a technician to my home very quickly to make sure I was satisfied.

Our family could not be happier with the product, service, and installation of our new HVAC system. In replacing our 18 year old system, we wanted a high end full variable condenser and air handler. We received several quotes and Air McCall quickly rose to the top. The sales manager Rob personally came over, did an inspection, walked us through our options and never once tried to oversell us on anything. We felt the Infinity 24 Series was best long term fit for us and could not be happier. The crew showed up on time, completed the job in a day and attention to detail, professionalism, and work product was top notch. I would highly recommend Air McCall if you want the best products, fair pricing, and outstanding service.

It is surprisingly difficult to narrow down the huge number of choices for A/C installers. What I was looking for was a combination of great reviews (Number and quality) a positive feeling from the employees that I interacted with, brands offered, and price. That is a daunting task, but given that the #1 cause of equipment failure seems to be the install, this process is hugely important. Once I narrowed it down to 4 providers, I got the one that I thought I wanted to do business with out for a service visit on the old unit. This would be a small sample of how they act as a company. What I found was shocking in today's world!

My service visit was scheduled with Ryan. He is a rock star! He showed on time, was presentable, able to communicate, knowledgeable, professional, clean....I could keep going. Ryan is a huge asset for Air McCall. I can't understate how uncommon this level of professionalism is in this day and age. great job Ryan!

Now we move on to the Sales part. I had a lot of questions, many genuine, and some designed to see the response. Rob took the time to help me navigate the equipment choices, and find the best value. He went over and above working with me to make sure i was comfortable with the decision. Great Job!

So now the installation...Great care was taken to install the equipment properly. The condenser had a dent, so they got a new unit out. Do it right! The builder A/C unit was a disaster. Air McCall spent considerable time and effort to correct the original installation issues. The finished product is night and day from the original. This was a very professional installation.

What about price? The price that I paid was not the primary issue. I got the best value. There was an option with a different provider that was almost $2000 less, but Rob helped me understand the true differences between the options in a way that was more informative than self- serving. In the end, I got a fair price on a great Carrier unit.

Conclusion: I have already recommended Air McCall to the neighbors. I look forward to a great relationship with Air McCall. This is a company that takes great pains to be a good business partner. Great job guys!

I needed to have my AC cleaned and have the unit checked. When I called the representative was very professional and advised that the service was $99 which included a 21 point inspection. I was able to make an appointment with in days. Antonio arrived more than 1 hour prior to the anticipated appointment time. I received a text stating he was on the way. When he arrived he introduced himself and placed covers on his shoes . I showed him the thermostat and air handler and he got to work. The work was finished in about one hour and when he was done showed me a list of what was checked and a picture of the “gunk “ that came out of the drain line. He then stated the fee was $99 dollars! I was pleased since the last company that came out to do this told me my capacitor was in the “ danger “ zone and would be about $300 to replace. I advised that I did not want to replace it yet.( That was 3 years ago! ) The other guy then tried to sell me a whole Home Air Purification system for $3000! I was so thankful for your company’s honesty,integrity and professionalism! No pressure sales tactics or trying to perform a repair or service that wasn’t needed! I would recommend Air McCall to everyone! Thank you!

This company is amazing. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of year, which also happened to be a Sunday. We tried to call several other (larger) companies before reaching an actual person when we called AirMcCall. They sent someone out that day, at no extra charge. The technician was super nice and professional. He fixed our unit promptly. We will be contracting them for our preventive maintenance. I highly recommend AirMcCall.

Outstanding service with exceptional technicians! The technician was knowledgeable and courteous! Diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arriving! The only problem came with questioning the service to fix a capacitor in the air handling unit! They tried to invoice my family for a repair in replacing motor assist for $214.00 which means replacing a $10.00 capacitor.

We have to question their $ 200.00 labor service charge for a 10-minute fix. Be cautious with this company and ask the right questions! I purchased a capacitor for $9.99 from amazon and with my technical abilities, I will be able to save my family $200.00.

Had to pay a $99.00 diagnostic service request which is also kind of high but at least my heater is working! Please ask the right questions!

We had a great experience with Air McCall with the replacement of our AC unit back in February of this year. From our initial visit with Robert Bartinelli to the installation by Eric and Jesse, the process was flawless.
Mr. Bartinelli's presentation was very professional, and he was very knowledgeable with the system.
On the day of the installation, Eric & Jesse arrived at the time we had been given. They were both very polite and efficient. Once they were finished, they explained how the system works and did the set-up of our thermostat.
We would definitely recommend this Company to anyone in need of AC service.

These guys were awesome. We have a maintenance plan with another company in Jacksonville. They (the other company) came out in June and performed a maintenance service. But we were still having issues with our system freezing up, literally, two days after we had the a/c serviced. The technician came back out, and he vacuumed the lines and charged us another $180— however, the manager did call us a few days later and said he was tearing up the check. A/C was still not performing well, so we called again a few weeks later to have it looked at again. The guy came out, but it was storming really bad, so he didn’t get out of his truck— said they were going to send him somewhere else because of the weather. I told my husband, if they don’t call us back to reschedule, we’re not using them again. Well, they never called us to reschedule. So, I called McCall. Wow. What a DIFFERENCE. Steve and Kyle came out, and literally, within 3 minutes, he showed me these dirty, nasty coils that were, according to Steve, obviously affecting our unit’s performance. He couldn’t believe we had a technician out here twice who never looked at the coils. He said we should call and get our money back! He was stunned at how the a/c looked considering it had been “serviced” twice in the last two months. They cleaned the coils, and my house already feels better, and the guys just left! I will definitely be using McCall for my a/c. I cannot believe the difference in the level of knowledge and service I received between the two companies.

This is the second AC I purchased from this company this year.
At the first time I was shopping around comparing offers before I hired Air McCall. That was the best decision.
Good people, excellent work and product with reasonable price.

This time, My tenant called me on the weekend in the middle of the night that the AC leaking. Next day I called the company and Rob was there the same day and emailed me the proposal.
Next day the new AC was installed. Everything happened the same way as first time, Perfectly.
