Chandler and the team at Optimum Air saved my pregnant wife and I from seemingly unbearable heat! Our A/C had been out for two days and the first company I had called showed up to give me an estimate. The tech was a bit pushy and told me I had to replace the entire unit, but he was going to give me an “unbeatable” price. After some conversation with the wife we called our Optimum for a second opinion and the entire interaction was different from top to bottom. The young men who showed up were knowledgeable and listened to me. They fixed the problem and got us cooling right away- and we still went with the whole unit install because of how everything had been explained to me. Even if their price hadn’t been any better- I genuinely felt at ease with the process! Not to mention- they have a great service model looking to keep your system running the right way for years. Thanks again to the whole Team and Optimum and I would highly recommend them to anyone with A/C needs.

Wonderful experience, my air stopped working I called first thing in the morning they were able to get to me by early afternoon and on time. Austin was amazing he was in and out quickly. And told me what to look out for in case it happens again. I have signed up for their annual services for them to come check in on my air conditioning every so often throughout the year. Would recommend anybody looking

I had a new AC system and all new duct work installed at my home. I was told it would probably only take a couple of days. They went above and beyond to make sure that happened. They worked about 11 hours the first day and about 13 the next. In an attic that was 125 degrees. Came out excellent. Very happy!

My A/C stopped working and I contacted Optimum Air the next day. They were absolutely amazing in getting a tech out to my house.. and they even came earlier than the time frame! They were quick and efficient in fixing the problem and super friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I own several properties and have had AC installed in the past. By far these guys are the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, punctual, crew I have ever encountered. Their work ethic is impressive. Auston Fykes, one of the technician with Optimum said he would start at 6:30 in the morning, and he was knocking on my door at 6:30 on the dot. They didn't stop till the unit was installed. Left the property a little after noon, but not until they cleaned up everything. The best without a doubt in the AC business!

I had a great experience with my Tech guy, Kyle. He was on time, very Professional and informative on my Brand Purchase, Finances in what I could afford! I was Thankful that Optimum Air was able to work with my needs!
I believe I made a good purchase, I feel very comfortable about my choice with the help of Kyle, And I'm very pleased about the whole process and experience with this Company!

Update, June 3rd, 2021..
I finally had my one year mark with my New A/C and my One Year Maintenance with Austin! I cant tell you enough what a great Job all of them do in their Service, Im big on Courtesy, being Polite, Professional and on time! These guys hit the mark every time!
I told Austin how glad I am to have Optimum Air as my Provider, I wouldn't change a thing, My hope is that they continue to grow with their Honest, Great service and become the Number one A/C Leader in Florida!

Update: I've had my A/C for two years now with no regrets with Optimum Air!
Just had my maintenance done and it just gives me the peace of mind that it's being taken care of twice yearly and it's worth the investment! These guys are great, all of them, they're Professional, courteous, on time, personable and they always have an answer to my questions which I appreciate!

Had Optimum Air out to our home this morning. They completed the first maintenance on our AC system that they installed 6 months ago. We didn’t even have to call them. They called us! Turns out the first year of maintenance was included with the new system installation. 😃 Austin was our technician. He was super thorough. Went through the entire system. Checked our air flow, ductwork, and cleaned our drain line. We even came up with a budget friendly game plan to add some system enhancements over the next 12-18 months. If you’re in SWFL and you need an amazing AC company, call Optimum Air! They are great!
