Optimum Air, LLC

Originally had Optimum Air service my AC that went out in the middle of summer, they came out, assessed the situation and had me up and running within an hour. It ended up being a faulty capacitor, so they managed to keep my 30 year old system up and running.

Now, 7 months later I had decided on replacing my whole system and I knew exactly who to call. They had everything done in a day at a very reasonable price. The work is very professional and clean, couldn't have asked for a better company.

The men that came out to fix my AC were very informative and professional. They weren’t going to leave until they figured out what was wrong and that they did. I even signed up for a year maintenance with them I liked them so much. So now they will come out 2 times a month and maintenance my unit. Definitely recommend them.

When we had a problem at work with to ACs, Auston came out right away. He worked efficiently to diagnose the problem. He explained everything in a straightforward way. He handled the repair and maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Optimum based on my experience.

Optimum Air has come out several times to repair problems with my a/c, completing both emergency fixes and scheduled preventative maintenance. They're professional, punctual, and extremely helpful. They will be my go-to company for future repairs and for a full replacement when I need one!
