Chandler and the team at Optimum Air do great work and provide exceptional service. We called on Optimum Air to evaluate four A/C units at a commercial building and provide assessment and recommendations. They provided us with a concise report of their findings, met with us on-sight to go over their assessments, and followed up with written options for their recommendations. We elected to replace a unit; the Optimum team made the transaction easy, were able to quickly schedule our project, and communicated clearly with us the whole way through. On the morning of the install, I received a text with picture of the tech that was en route so I knew who to expect. The install team worked efficiently to complete the project and left the space in clean and working order when they were done. Top notch service, great communication, easy transaction! This is my 5th time having Optimum Air install new A/C units in my rental properties and home and I love them, they’re reasonable and fair prices, very professional great people and trustworthy in my home. Awesome company!

Our a/c was installed by another company about 6 years ago. The drain line has had a problem of filling up with algae and the back up of water causes a switch to turn off the a/c. Having a service agreement with the other company meant the line was being cleaned out twice a year. Maintenance was performed 6 weeks ago by the original company. My a/c has shut off again. When I called the original company they said the best they could do was get me in on a after hours call between 9 and 11 tonight. I called Optimum air who sent out the owner to get me fixed up. His honesty and integrity impressed me enough that I signed up to become one of their customers. In the coming days his crew will come in and replumb that line in such a way to avoid all these nagging service calls.

This is a update from my original comments above. Optimum air was out here today to make the needed repairs to our drain line. This is 1 day later. You can’t ask for any better than this. When the workers were done they started cleaning up the foyer floor although they didn’t track in any dirt. Am I impressed. You bet. My boss is moving to Ft. Myers from Port Charlotte and after what I told him will also be a customer.

We had Optimum install a new system in our home. Great work, on time and efficient. When we ran into an issue several months later, "user error", they were still quick to respond, professional and coached us through the issues. Thank you Chandler.

The Service technician with optimum air replace my under warranty AC Compressor in a timely manner.
Running a small business is a juggle, you want to be fair to your customers because you don’t want them to feel like you’re trying to nickel and dime them.
You see people when you have a part that’s under warranty and you select a company to replace that part the parts manufacturer pays them and then you pay them so essentially they’re doubling up maybe not to the penny but they are making money.
Today’s world is a inflated overly expensive world already It’s not wise to try to nickel and dime your customers if you want them to choose your services again as well as telling others good things about your business and how you treated them.

Impressive Service, we received both a text and phone call letting us know that Jordan would arrive in about 30 minutes and right on scheduled time, Jordan was Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly & Efficient., He even changed our filters in the throughout the house, which I really appreciated. Optimum Air has been a pleasure to work with and continue to give great service.
