Optimum Air was highly recommended from a friend. We had Optimum Air install our unit, uv system when our older unit stopped working. They had a new one the next day. We also got new ductwork, new cut in vent & new thermostat over the last 2yrs. Their response time to get a tech out is great. We had some miscommunication issues but Chandler the owner was able to take care of it & we are very appreciative of that.

Chandler and Sam and the team were excellent. They came and helped troubleshoot a leak in our AC unit. Gave us options on repairing or replacing. Since our unit was 10 years old, we opted for a complete replacement. The staff was responsive and timely. They were respectful of our home and worked hard and efficiently. Glad that we chose Optimum Air for our service.

It was discovered during our 6 month maintenance check that we needed to replace our evaporator coil. Sam and Adam came out and replaced the coil as well as installed an I-wave purification system today. They arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the project in a timely manner and with a smile! Another great job by Optimum Air!!

Chandler is authentic and honest. He hires people to his company with the same values. Optimum Air has helped me on more than one occasion, including after Hurricane Ian. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, professional and fair. I highly refer their services.

Hurricane Ian left our community in complete devastation. After 14 days without power, I came home to power but a busted AC unit. Within an hour of my call, a technician was out here to diagnose the issue and within 24 hours, I have a unit outside unit installed. With all the chaos we are experiencing in the area, I am LUCKY to have a great business to work with. HIGHLY recommend working with this company, they are EXCEPTIONAL.

Had a great experience with Optimum Air. Our air conditioner was fairly new still and the motor went out! Instead of charging us for a brand new system they took initiative to check and see if it was still under warranty considering its age and it was, saving me a lot of money in the end! The job was fairly difficult, and they handled it perfectly. Will be using these guys again in the future.

So it’s two days before hurricane Ian is expected to have impacts on SWFla and our A/C stopped blowing cold air after we vacuumed out the drain line to get ready for the storm. Of course, this happens at around 5PM, after business hours. Thank goodness Optimum air was able to have someone come out very quickly and diagnose the issue. A few hours later we now have cold air blowing through our vents again and our family can be cool and comfortable. In Florida, A/C is needed all day every day all year round so it’s very important to have a good A/C company you can rely on.

Very quick and efficient service.
The service man came out promptly the next morning and addressed our A/C problem as to why it was not cooling. He had to order a part and promptly came out the next day to install it.
The pricing was very fair.
The owner Chandler is very knowledgeable due to his many years of experience.?

Came home after going out to eat and when I returned home A/C was not working. Called Optimum Air the next morning and they came right out. I have delt with Patric before,excellent tech. he knows how to talk to the customer.I was a tech. for 45 years and know a good tech.when I meet them,professional all the way. Found the problem right away and A/C was up and running in half an hour. Will tell all my friends about Optimum Air,Outstanding company.

Patrick and Sammy were very knowledgeable and prompt. The office always got right back to us as well when we needed them . Very clean and efficient! We are only using Optimum Air going forward !
