Andy and Sam were very professional and did their best completing the air conditioning installation from start to finish. Very affordable price compared to others.

Optimum Air is extremely professional, very responsive, and has fantastic customer service. When my AC unit broke after business hours, they responded to my house quickly. They even let us borrow a portable unit to keep our bedroom cool until they could replace the broken unit.

Everyone I dealt with through the entire process was very professional and courteous. I got multiple estimates and went with Optimum because they gave me a fair price that included a labor warranty and the first year annual cleaning. Patrick was very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. Sam did the install. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and cleaned the area before leaving. Optimum Air showed up when they said they would. They came back to followup on unfinished service quickly and efficiently. They replaced our AC system due to the surge waters from Ian and did so at a price which some other companies would/could not match.

Optimum Air is a top-notch HVAC organization. The scheduler worked with me, and I ask lots of questions before purchases, to have our AC system replaced following ‘IAN’. The owner came by and provided a timely quote on a ComfortMaker system.

The Installation experience was stellar. Sam and Andy were right on time. They performed the install, and then…wait for it… cleaned up after themselves. When was the last time a service person did that effectively?

I selected Optimum Air (OA) for several reasons…1. LaVonne took my initial call and was very helpful, and pleasant to work with. 2. The owner arrived, accessed my needs, and provided a clear and timely quote, without attempts to upsell. 3. My research revealed many positive experiences from OA customers. 4. I have owned & had good experiences with the ComfortMaker brand, which is owned by Carrier. 5. I prefer to work with a smaller, local company, I find they tend to provide better service.

Bottom line, I knew the product, I requested a quote and was happy with every aspect of the OA process.

The entire experience was professional and totally stress free. Chandler. Owner of Optimum Air, came within 24 hrs of my call and I made an agreement to use their service. The next morning his guys Dustin & Sam showed up and had new complete AC and heating installed in my Villa in under 8 hrs. They left 15 min ago
