First, Installed a lesser unit than I paid for. When I ask the installer what the model number he said he did not now. After the install that same installer gave me the model number. It was the wrong unit. I called Jeff explained the situation and he didn't know how i got the wrong system. Took 2 week for them to come back out to install correct unit. After the unit was installed it stopped working a few days later. I called jeff and he sent tech out to check unit. I watch Tech pull a thick film/greasy gunk out of the condensation pump reservoir. To make a long story short my ac was low on refrigerant and another a/c company said possible leak. jeff refused to honor warranty. The heater also doesn't work. Do yourself a favor please don't use these JEFF/Lee Air. You will be sorry. I did not listen to bad review and listen to JEFF and look where i am . No Warranty and have to fix this thin on my own. Please consider others. you will regret. I hope this helps someone. Oil was found in condensation water.

I hired a contractor to fix issues that Lee air abandoned me with. Come to find out the heater was never connected. And Lee air tech who installed unit also did not intall contactor to wall instead zip tied it after he apparently installed a broken contactor and just left it dangling inside the air handler leaving a fire hazzard. this was the final slap in the face that i had to indure paying the new Contractor 600 dollars to fix all the issue that Lee air refused to stand behind. I also had to spend money to fill unit with refrigerant. You been warned.

Have used Lee Air twice, both times they responded quickly and worked professionally to fix my problem. Nick and Isiah were my techs, they , Nick came the first time for my thermostat and had to put in a new one, he was great. Isiah came when my blower went and tackled the repair on my roof and worked diligently and professionally advising me through it all of what he was doing. He figured out the quirks of my system and made sure that his work was top notch and that I would be more than satisfied. He took pride in his work and was a delight to have working in my home. I highly recommend Lee Air for your HVAC needs. Fair, Honest professionals... much thanks

Lee Air went above and beyond to help us when our air conditioner was on it's way out. Not only did they come in thousands lower than the competitor quotes we received, they helped service us when our air went before we were able to get the new system installed. They installed the new system in a timely and efficient manner and their crew was professional and friendly. We love our new system so much and feel incredibly grateful to have Lee Air as our service provider for the long haul. We 100% recommend Jeff and team without hesitation. Hire these guys!

Really need more stars to rate this great company. Had water on the bedroom carpets and thought it might be from the air conditioning unit. Called Lee Air Inc and spoke to Jeff who sent his technicians, Glenn and Jason out. They assessed the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up after themselves. Totally professional at all times. My husband used the shop vac to get as much water out of the carpets. Next day it seemed even wetter so I called Jeff again and he sent the same great guys out immediately, at no charge. They checked everything out and assured us that everything was fine and it was just residual water that would dry out. It did. Jeff is so easy to deal with and I highly recommend Lee Air Inc to anyone who needs a new air conditioner or a repair.

We woke up on a Sunday morning to A/C not working. I saw the great reviews for Jeff's company and gave them a call at 8:30am. Jeff answered right away and said there is no additional charge for coming out on a weekend. His tech, Jerry, was at our house at 9:30 and our A/C was fixed by 10:15. They even gave us a Father's Day discount! I will definitely call Lee Air, Inc (same as Estero AC Repair) if we need any A/C work in the future!

Lee Air did not close out a permit for HVAC replacement despite multiple attempts to ask them to fulfill their obligation. Eventually, I had to become owner/contractor, pay all fees and call for final inspection. The work Lee Air did failed inspection. I had to hire another HVAC contractor to fix Lee Air’s errors. My experience with Lee Air was costly, frustrating and time consuming.

Crew is quiet and efficient, highly professional, cleaned up after themselves and my home is significantly more comfortable because of their professionalism. Don't hesitate to hire Lee Air, Inc. they are fantastic, prompt and highly professional. Thank you.

What ?!? Are you kidding me ?!? I called from work because my work's air conditioner wasn't working. The dispatcher fella told me that they would be by in about an hour. Robert came by within the hour, took a look at my system and emptied the drain pan. The drain pipe was filled with air conditioning snot.
(Robert knows his job . . . for real !!!)
I went to pay for the services, and there was NO CHARGE !!!
Definitely, a level honest company that I will be calling on again when the situation arises.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Left my home and left my AC unit OFF! I had to leave my house and when I came back my poor dogs were left in the house that was 85°. Turn on the AC and my house was still not cooling down after a few hours of waiting and it was getting any cooler I had to call ANOTHER 24hr AC Company who came out and said that it appeared that nothing had been cleaned and even showed me the coil that was completely compacted still. I called the owner to make a complaint and he said that it was impossible that his guy did the work I dont care what you say. Basically telling me that I was lying!

Great local business that goes above and beyond. Not only did they do the repair on my AC for thousands less than I was originally quoted from another company, they were there within the hour and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. Very honest and professional, will use again when needed. 10/10
