Optimum air is hands down the best HVAC company in the business!! From a routine check up to a full unit replacement you can always count on Optimum to be honest, professional, fair, and extremely efficient . Recently at an investment property of ours the A/C unit went out. Optimum came out right away! Within 24 hours we had a brand new unit and cold air pumping! Highly recommend these guys for all of your A/C needs.

If you’re looking for an honest AC company that will show up quickly and on time to do the work you’re requesting, this company is it. Not only have they did honest maintenance on my AC unit but they were the ones who installed a new unit at my place of business, at the lowest price (multiple quotes from other companies) within a couple of days upon first visit. Great work, great people, HIGHLY recommended.

We were so happy with their quick response. This company had been recommended by our grandson who is in the AC business but moved away. They are very professional. We now feel we have a company who cares and we will use them from now on for general maintenance and repair.

Called Optimum Air , Chandler and one of his techs came out diagnosed the problem picked up the parts and we have A/C again . Called to setup an appointment and was really glad they could come out the next day , I figured they'd be really busy with people starting to come back to SWFL , I'd have to wait a few days . Optimum Air really lives up to its name! They do an incredible job and service my own home as well as multiple rental properties of mine. They are professional, offer fair pricing, and have always come through for me when I’ve had an AC emergency. As an example a rental ac of mine died and within several hours they had patched it up to keep it running and installed a brand new unit the next day.
