Finally got time and was able to come down for a quick get away at my condo, come to find out my A/C was acting up and condo was at 84 degrees . I tried to call my regular A/C guy and he was MIA . I was recommended to Perfect Cooling from a friend , and to my surprise it was a great find thanks to John and his team at Perfect Cooling ! My Vacation was an actual success !

I was a Perfect Cooling customer until they caused me to receive a $951.39 electric bill for one month service. The cause of the huge elictrical bill was because they did a heat check of my Trane unit and never verified that it came out of the heat mode when they checked the cool mode. My problem started the exact day they were here and ended on the day they determined that the thermostat was defective. If I had not received a call from Florida Power and Light I would not known of the problem. The time period of 5/11-6/6 2012 was when this occurred. I have the FPL and Perfect Cooling documents to prove my point. The owner refuses to accept his responsibility for his companies failure. Do not consider doing business with this company!

Company install A/C unit in 2018 since then I've had to have 4 service repairs
Warranty states parts are covered for 10years yet each time technician comes out there's a hefty labor fee. Most recent labor fee was $400.00 in which being laid off from work due to covid 19 was very challenging for me. 2 weeks later of paying this amount a/c stops working again.

Perfect Cooling installed a 5 ton Trane system for me two years ago.
I've had 2 service calls within three months. My system shut down.
Once in May and then again in August, while I was away.
They said it was the drain -- clogged with algae or debris. They cleaned out the drain.
Something told me that this was not the cause of the problem.
I spoke to Jean and he said I needed to get a maintenance company to clean the drain yearly. I asked him why this kept happening and he insisted that it was the drain.

When I returned back to my house I saw a large black stain on the livingroom ceiling -- with mold.

I called Jean and left a message. I sent Jean an email. He has yet to respond to me.

Ok. So I called another AC company, one that was referred by my neighbor and a company that has been highly regarded in my community. They did a careful
study and found that the installation was not properly done. There is a 16 inch
return duct from the original system, which was fine for a 3 ton unit. Perfect Cooling should have installed an 18" return duct. They said it's like asthma...the new system needs more air and is sucking water back through the pipe.

I have to add two more returns, one for each bedroom to relieve the pressure.
This is going to cost me roughly $1000.00

They also found that the contactor outside is charred and a piece detached and the float switch was going up and down (not a big deal but not repaired by Perfect Cooling when they were here in May and August). Perfect Cooling charged me for each service call. I was with the service man from the new company when he opened it up and I saw this with my own eyes.

I sent an email to Jean explaining all this. I hope he responds, but I doubt he will.
Either he'll accept responsibility for a BAD installation, or he will not contact me.
I am very disappointed. He claimed to be honest, but he had to know that they should have installed a larger return duct for the larger system.

Perfect cooling did all the installation of my AC unit. My AC stopped working, left numerous messages. Not even a call back. They don’t even have someone answering the phone during business hours, much more after hours. I would not recommend. Terrible customer service.

Excellent service. Very clean, they covered and protected whole house with sheets . Very professional.They took time to explain everything. The same day I recommended the company to my neighbor . They responded right away and she also got a new AC .
I would recommend this company to everybody !!!!!!!!! JUST EXCELLENT.

Perfect Cooling is the best Service ever! Not only do they do great work, if there is a problem they come promptly and fix the issue for a great price. Johnny the service manager is the best!
