Once again Perfect Cooling Inc has done an incredible job! They are always on time and professional. I wouldn’t have anyone else service my system. John is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Job well done!!

By far the worst company i have ever had an experience working with. 5 years ago they installed my unit. They were subcontracted through Lowe's to install brand new train unit. After three months unit started having issues 5 years later 13 service tickets I still have a unit that I have issues with they have left me without AC in some of the hottest month of the year 4 weeks on end with no resolution. I have since then had to hire another AC company to come out and fix what they refused to fix properly. Not only has this company failed me but the train manufacturing company was less than helpful will never be doing business with train nor perfect Cooling moving forward at this point.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Perfect Cooling and their staff. Spoke with John over the phone and he was very informative and knowledgeable. John was able to send out a tech who was in the area within a hour from our conversation. Amazing customer service all around. Thanks again!

My family and I took a took our first vacation this year to my uncle's place in beautiful Delray Beach this season. Go figure that when we arrive the home is musky and humid to the point of disgust. The a/c had not been working for over a week!!! Panicking with it being so late we thought we were going to have to suffer after a 12 hour drive. After calling around and getting no response I finally I reached out to Perfect Cooling. The manager John answered and I could tell that these were my guys after hearing his concern for my family, he immediately sent one of their technicians Alfredo out to fix the problem. Alfredo was there and had the problem solved within the hour!! He was very knowledgable, finding the problem with his experience and not his cell phone!
Thank you again PERFECT COOLING, John and Alfrdo for allowing my family to enjoy our vacation!!!! You guys will be doing all of my families service needs in the future!

John and his team were very professional and did a great job installing our new AC system and making proper repairs in our attic. I would highly recommend you give them a chance to help you with your AC needs.

Wow what a wonderful experience my AC quit blowing cold air. I called perfect cooling and they came right out I was impressed they said 2 pm and was here at 2 pm the technician was great and friendly very prompt and reliable. Thank you for taking care of us perfect cooling.

Installation was great about 4 years ago, however my compressor is not working now since yesterday. I've called and left messages but haven't received a call back. I've called today and no one is answering the phone. Does anyone know if they're still in business?? Finally received a call back just now, but can't get service until 2 days from now...scheduled an appt, so we'll see...update 8/14/2020 had an appointment for today between 1pm and 3pm, it's now 3:30pm and no one has arrived. No show, no call, no one is answering the phones or returning my message for an update. Really disappointing...
