I had my new unit installed today . I want to say I was very impressed and satisfied with the friendliness,courtesy, down to earth team, knowledgeable,
they worked with such professionalism, dedication to get my unit up and running . exceptional work.They left everything clean and made sure all the test were on point. Thank you. Definitely 5 stars from me. Kudos to Israel and Chris techs and looking forward to perfect cooling in my home as well as saving on my bill. :)

We recently got a new Trane a/c through Perfect Cooling who is an authorized representative of Trane
Two service technicians (Juan and Roy) from Perfect Cooling were here & tried to save the old one but unfortunately she died.
Our dealings were with Mike and service mgr John Coppola. John helped us every step of the way and he responds to calls and texts immediately which is much appreciated.
The new a/c price was more than competitive for a 2.5 ton
The installation went very smooth. The installers Ivan and Lanko were professional, efficient and cleaned up all the debris upon completion. In addition they actually went out and bought a new thermostat that would fit our unusual vertical spot.
Bottom line we would definitely recommend them and intend to use them going forward for maintenance needs.

So I had my new Trane air conditioner installed today. The two guys John sent over to do the job are great people and very professional. I am very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend them to anybody needing a new system or just servicing of an existing system.

We recently bought a 2.5 ton Trane from Perfect Cooling which they installed on July 5th. They tried to save the old Trane we had and technicians Juan and Roy certainly tried everything in the book but it really was too far gone.
We worked with John Coppola, Service Manager as well as Mike.
John always answered calls/texts right away and made himself available for questions or concerns.
The installers, Ivan and Lanko, were on time and very professional. They did a great job and even cleaned up and swept all debris afterward.
We couldn't ask for a better experience and we certainly recommend them.

These folks don’t return calls and are to busy to be bothered. I called the 24/7 line on a Saturday at 11 am
1:30 pm Sunday 11 am and it’s Monday night and I’m waiting for return call. Called another company Saturday at 2 pm and got call back in 10 minutes. Visit in 30 minutes. I have a maintenance contract with them and when I asked why they had not come out I was told they are too busy. Not a good representation for my builder or a good way to run your business. Cancelling my contract.

Had them come out and replace a valve. I had asked for an estimate before hand. They told me that it was under warranty but labor is not covered. Left me a bill for $650 for a so call two hours worth of work. Called up and spoke with Mike then with John. Came down to $250
Right away!! Not right that a company that I have been working with for 5 years decides that they can take advantage of there customers!! Not smart business. What a shame....

We have been using Perfect Cooling for two years now and we have never been disappointed. When we've had an issue, they sent someone over within an hour. Their technicians are friendly and professional. We recommend them for anyone with A/C needs.

Perfect Cooling service is outstanding. I never have to worry about my air conditioner. John and his outstanding service technicians deliver fast, courteous, and expert solutions to any problem that I have had. I have used other air conditioner providers, but none have given me the piece of mind that Perfect Cooling provides. How did I find them? I called the manufacturer, Trane, and they highly recommended Perfect Cooling. Trane was right. Perfect Cooling works for me and I’m sure they will give you the same piece of mind.

My husband and I have been calling for over two weeks. Our unit is still under warranty. No call backs. This morning , my husband got a live person. A technician was supposed to be at our home between 3 and 5 pm, today. It is 5:15 and nobody has been here. I came home from work three hours early. I am thoroughly disappointed.

My experience with Perfect Cooling was a very pleasant one. The sales person was more than a sales pitch, he put actions behind his words. I feel he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
