What can I say about Mike Sr and his entire staff ... Kudos! The best and most honest reliable AC company out there. Had the displeasure of working with 'other' big name companies in the past ... was referred to Mike Sr through a friend ... other companies were trying to sell me an entire new system ... Mike Sr came out himself to check out the system and deemed it was NOT necessary. Talk about honesty ... I've been using them ever since ... too many years to remember ...
If you want quality work at honest prices call Mike Sr ... I guarantee you won't be sorry!

Additional note ... Had Vincent from M & S out this morning for my preventative maintenance on my AC ... what a gentleman ... checked everything thoroughly ... cleaned and cleared my drain line ... checked the pressure ... cleaned the coil ... Wow! A definitely pleasure to deal with!

It has now been 2 years since the mini split system has been installed.
The only mistake I made was not listening to Mike and NOT taking his suggestion.
We had a 2nd zone added to the house in July 2022,
Mike did say to do it way back in 2020 and I didn't listen.

We had wall ac units in 2 bedrooms and NO ac in the 3rd bedroom.
We have been so pleased with the original installation, quality of the product that of course it was a no brainer to call them again.

We have the yearly maintenance service and ALWAYS on time,
right to the point cleaning with great service technicians.
I think everyone in this company really knows how to do their jobs and how to do them very well.

So, back to the new mini splits. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better it did. Very clean installation, again on time service
and installed and completed with 2 business days.

The sound of the mini splits are very very minimal if any to say the least, the efficiency of the units are incredible. We now have a 2 zone system with 2 units on one side and 3 units on the other.
As a matter of fact, my mother in law's room gets cold enough at times she has to wear a jacket and it's set at 76/78 degrees.
The tile floor though out the house get cold and the units are not set that low. Truly remarkable.

We are SO GLAD to have completely removed the old system and duct work and stepped into the 21st century. No more filters to buy or duct work to clean. Just simple, remove the filter, wash it down, let it dry and put it back. NO problem.

5 stars do not seem enough for M&S Air Conditioning.
These Mitsubishi mini splits are the best on the market in my belief, this company, the workers and the office staff all went above and beyond to help us with the process as before.

In fact we did, our neighbor across the street had them install their units and also couldn't believe how great everything went.

We will use them again when we buy another house.

we will continue getting the yearly service contracts, these units are so good I can see them lasting longer than the original factory warranty.

A cool late fall or early winter day is the best way to describe crisp air that the 36 BTU Mitsubishi mini split 2 head system that was put in 6/29/20 by M&S Air Conditioning. It works much better than I thought it would. But then I never had a mini split system before.
Professional installation by Joseph and Miguel. Quick install with attention to all the little details. Very happy all around.

My ordeal began before the hurricane with my lines being clogged, water leaking through vents and then no cool air whatsoever! I had called at night and left a message. 8am the next morning Betty called and was friendly, honest and helpful. The Monday after Irma came through, M & S was in my driveway ready to repair! However, my electric took 11 days to be restored. M & S was there the very next day that my electric was on and I had COOL air conditioning. Vickie was also easy to talk to and great all around. My tech was super friendly, clean - he wore booties inside the house!!! and worked quickly and proficiently. They were a referral from an old friend and I highly recommend M & S to everyone!

I have used M&S for almost 2 decades! M&S Air Conditioning and Appliance saved us a ton of money on our home cooling costs. We live in a split bedroom home and really only use half of the house most of the time. We bought 2 mini splits to cool the areas we use the most and it works wonderfully. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Mike and his crew did a great job installing with no mess and was punctual and courteous.
