I called into the office on a Sunday to schedule a maintenance appointment and I spoke to betty who was so nice and polite she scheduled me 8-9am on Thursday and hector showed up at 8:30am But the best part was he called me at 8 to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here I was impressed he used shoe covers and performed the maintenance flawlessly I will use M&S again they showed great customer service, something you don't get a lot of in south florida.

Technician Joseph came out to install a UV light and he was very professional, knowledgable, and punctual. He noticed the drain pan was dirty so he cleaned it, no charge!!! His service was great and I would definately recommend M&S. 5 stars!!!!

This company is professional and on top of the needs of their customers. If you are looking for a no nonsense full service A/C company M&S is the one! Their prices are fair and they give you a lot of bang for your hard-earned money.
