We installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head mini-split system in our apartment. Our experience with M&S was very positive. First, Michael came out, reviewed our layout and requirements, built our system "on paper" while explaining our options step by step, and gave us a quote on the spot. Their services were all-inclusive, including electrical work and permitting.
Once on board, M&S navigated the project through some complicated requirements of the city and our own HOA. Cynthia and the front office staff kept us up-to-date with progress on that front.
Greenlight(s) in place, M&S were right there, having prepped the equipment in the interim. Miguel, Roddi and the field team were professional and efficient and the work was installed in two days. The work space was kept very clean. Best of all, M&S and their electrician was very clever in routing all the supporting spaghetti so that everything was concealed. The net effect for us was only that new units appeared on our walls. The system is quiet and efficient and really does the job--a lot like M&S!

After having 2 Friedrich mini-split ac systems installed in our unit in August 2020, we were advised to have the units receive maintenance service annually. About 1 1/2 years into it we contacted our installing dealer to have the units maintained. That didn't work out and when we again tried to schedule a service at the two year mark, we were told that they didn't have staff who could service these units.We were referred to M&S (after we had tried unsuccessfully to find an independent ac service company) by friends who had very positive things to say about their purchase from them. We contacted M&S and Cynthia put me through to the owner, Mike, who said they'd be happy to service the units even though they had not been involved in the sale or installation and scheduled a service call within a week. Mr. Joseph, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and efficiently and thoroughly took care of our situation and our ac units are working better than ever - he even corrected a drainage issue which had been overlooked by the installers on one of the units. Would that we had known about these folks when we were researching our options a couple of years ago!

Good family company. Very helpful when calling to ask questions. Owner came to the house to give estimate and explain what needed to be done and who would do it. When calling for a service call they were available to come the next day.

Appt scheduled for anytime between 8-9; technician arrived 9:45. I had a medical appt at 11 and needed to leave at 10:45. So I was apprehensive that AC maintenance might not be completed before leaving for appt.

Mike McDonald is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my a/c issue just by my explanation over the phone. Jonathan the service tech was just the same; courteous, professional and most importantly on time. He was able to repair the unit in a reasonable amount of time and now it's running like new. After numerous failed attempts to have our three year old split-system air conditioning system serviced by its original installer, we followed a recommendation on the Mitsubishi Electric website for Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors and found M&S Air Conditioning. M&S responded immediately and had a technician thoroughly clean and service the units with excellent results. Later they efficiently solved a leakage problem with the balcony condenser unit. This was followed by the replacement of a burned out condensate evaporator pan.

In all cases the immediate response for servicing by M&S was conducted in a highly satisfactory manner inspiring us with great confidence in the company. Eventually, even though it was only 3 years old, we realized we needed to replace our original system entirely. M&S removed the old units and installed a new Mitsubishi split system in a single day eliminating the unsightly piping and unnecessary electrical clutter that was left by the former installer. The process was from start to finish smooth and professional. Every technician was thoroughly skilled and efficient. The office staff were polite and helpful in coordinating all aspects of the project and both Mike MacDonald, senior and junior, promptly answered every question and concern we had.
