I called this company in the middle of the night when my AC gave out. Their answering service relayed my message and I received a call back within 20 minutes. We arranged for a technician to come first thing in the morning.

Early the next morning I received a text telling me that the tech was on his way. I live in Kendall, they are in Broward. But still managed to arrive in early morning, just as I was told. This company is very professional and prompt. The tech was a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions, taking into account my budget. I was very satisfied with their service.

Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, profesional, and knowledgeable. I really recommend this company for your AC needs.

Moses the owner was very helpful, after installing a new unit last April, we had a clogged line which they came right out when we called and fixed it. Will continue to use them as they are very curtious and helpful, Isabela in the office is very kind and knowledgeable, thank you for your service.

Call the boss to find someone to replace the air-conditioning water pipe (recommended by a friend) The company sent a person. As soon as this person came in, he said impatiently, "Why did you let me come?! What did you ask me to do?" I replied that I called your boss and made it clear that I want to replace the water pipes of the air conditioner. As a result, he left and said that the boss would communicate with me later. As a result, the next day I received a bill of $400. The content of the bill was to add Freon, replace the air conditioner filter and was told that the pipe was blocked. You did nothing! ! ! No freon, it doesn't need My air conditioner is brand new and replaced in August. Didn't get the service I asked for, got a fake bill and bad service attitude.

I have a rental property in Pompano Beach with an old AC system. My tenant called me in panic saying the AC is making a lot of noise and is not cooling. It was very hot and steamy so I knew I had to act fast. I asked a friend if he could recommend a reliable AC company and he sent me Jireh Cooler’s phone number. I’m glad I did because it was very late in the day and Moyses went to the property early the next morning and tried to resolve the issue right away. So thanks Moyses for your prompt response and professionalism.

Moyses is an incredible and very talented professional. We gutted our condo and he completed all of our HVAC work. Fortunately, he is a visionary and was able to install linear systems which allowed us to keep our ceiling heights higher. The airflow is outstanding, the condo feels nice and cool during the hottest days of FL summers. His communication is spot on and we appreciate it all of the hard work he put into our condo renovation. Our neighbor that renovated their condo at the same time, used a different HVAC person and he now wishes that he had used Moyses instead. In fact, one of our neighbors that is renovating their condo now is using Moyses and is very happy with his work. I highly recommend Moyses and his fabulous crew.

They installed a Goodman AC on 5/15/2015 and I have been having issues ever since. Without going into all the details, I am once again without air conditioning. This is after numerous times of having to call them out for flooding, no air and other problems. In addition, they had the nerve to charge me for a problem that they actually caused. I am going to call in a different company to address why my air conditioner is not working. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had another company come in and they corrected a number of mistakes that Jireh
made. Hopefully, my fairly new AC will not give me any other problems.
