M&S Air Conditioning

Very happy with the service provided by M&S Air Conditioning. Professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable, polite from the office staff to the installation crew. They knew what I needed and went the extra mile to get it done.

M and S has provided us with excellent service for many years. They take care of our home and office A/C units. They are quick to respond when called and always do a great job. Theresa is very pleasant and makes sure the technicians are scheduled on time. Hector is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with . We feel very confident relying on M and S A/C for our needs.

Very professional installation done with utmost care. Responsive and on time visits to home. Installers seemed concerned job was done properly. Had a mini spit outside unit and 2 inside air handlers installed.

They installed 3 mitsubishi mini splits , living room, master bedroom & guest room. The unit in master bedroom made horrible slurping noises, they sent out a tech who replaced the pump, I’ve had approximately 7 more tech visits, each one did something to correct the noise …. It’s been going on for a year, the noise is still ongoing. I called Mitsubishi who advised it should not make noise and have tech call them when he comes to fix it ( not one tech called Mitsubishi ) but the pump is no longer a mitsubishi part. it seems I am stuck at this point , I will now be charged every time a tech visits as my warranty is over and the disgusting slurping noise will continue .

I was contacted by Mike( owner) he advised he was not aware of the issue and would rectify it. Within 3 days they replaced the pump, while it’s only been 12 hours the silence has been amazing. Thank you for taking care of the situation

Always a great experiance with M and S. The tech is very knowledgable about my split mini ductless AC. A neighbor was so impressed with my unit, he had M and S put a ductless system into his home. Both of us can only say great things about your company and the great service everyone in the office and in the field provide!!!!Thank you!

I had a great experience with them, everything works great and the team was super responsive and professional. Overall, it’s been a game changer to add a mini split to the upstairs bedroom.

I've had several service calls and even a completely new unit installed by this company. Even after having a communication issue the last time, the owner reached out and went above and beyond to correct the mistake and to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I have the utmost respect for how the owner (Mike Jr) dealt with the situation and would choose to work with them again in the future.
