Solved the issue despite multiple other companies unable to fully address the AC issue and charging twice the amount. He also assessed my other unit and provided knowledge on helping it work more efficiently as well. I can finally sleep well at night now that my AC is fixed. DAVE THE NEW PERSON WAS TRASH(WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE CALLS)(HE CALLED BACK 4X TIMES TRYING TO GET A PAYMENT.)(HE SAID BEFORE HE SENDS OUT A TECH WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FIRST) . HE WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY HOSTILE. HE HARRASS ME TO PAY RIGHT AWAY BEFORE THEY EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT THE AC. THEN HE SENT OUT HECTOR THE TECH GUY. HE OPENED THE AC AND TOLD US THERE IS A MULTIPLE PROBLEMS (DIDN'T EVEN TELL US WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM) AND THEN ASK AGAIN FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY BEFORE THEY EVEN HELP YOU OUT TO FIX YOUR AC. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU IN THE HEAT. GOING TO CALL FEDERAL FRAUD FOR THIS COMPANY.
