Superior Plumbing And Air

We have called on Superior Plumbing a few times and we appreciate the attentiveness and the work that has been done. We have an Aquasana 4 stage total home water filtration system that we wanted installed. Dustin installed it without a hitch. When the system had to be updated/upgraded, we called Superior Plumbing again because of the service we have received. They were prompt to respond to concerns that we raised and they answered a service call request on a Sunday. We don't necessarily want to have to call a plumbing service, but it's good to know there are good, honest companies out there that still put a focus on quality service.

My experience with Superior Plumbing has been very positive.
Communication is great and prices are very fare.

The techs are extremely knowledgeable and work in difficult situations and conclude the projects timely and most important the workmanship is of high quality.

I have managed several properties and any opportunity I have, I make them the preferred vendor.

He came on Saturday and fixed pipe over dielectric valve. Made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction and asked me if there was anything else I could do today to help me as a17 year homeowner. I had initially contacted superior plumbing a day earlier via home advisor for my neighbor who was highly satisfied as well with the replacement of her main water shutoff valve.

I used Superior plumbing to replace a shower faucet. They were extremely reliable and showed up on time. Kevin was the best. He offered the most affordable solution and worked efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Superior plumbing and will be using them in the future.

During the course of a very busy Monday morning, we experienced a flooded bathroom. We placed an emergency call to Superior Plumbing and they responded immediately. They quoted a price which I thought was fair, and promptly repaired the water leak. When it came time to pay, I was delighted that the actual bill was less than they quoted. I want to thank Superior Plumbing for their outstanding customer service, but more importantly, I appreciate their honesty. They truly are "Superior"!!!

We had a great experience with Superior Plumbing & Air. We were referred this company after having many bad experiences with plumbers over the years from bad service to overcharging. When our hot water went out due to a faulty boiler, Superior came very quickly and gave us not only a cheaper quote but was able to fix it in one day without having to replace the entire boiler which is what another company had recommended. Superior's knowledge of plumbing truly fit's their name. Superior!

Kevin and Giovanni repaired a shower faucet for me yesterday. They did a superb job in every respect. Your company is responsive, efficient and does great work at a fair price. These guys were a pleasure to have working in my home.

Superior had to return to my home to complete a job that was not done the 1st time. Their tech cut into a pipe, had not turned off the main water and as a result, flooded my home with gallons and gallons of water. Damage to my hardwood floors and baseboards. Their VP did not want to turn in the claim to their insurance, but after months of back and forth, finally did. Their insurance carrier offered me about half of what it is going to cost for the total repair. Claim happened in November, now it's the end of February, still not corrected. Baseboards and floors damaged and must be replaced. They were rude and beyond unprofessional, and after my calling several times, would not return my calls. I had to finally turn the claim into my homeowners insurance. I gave them one star only because I had to to post this review.

Attentive staff and courteous technicians that were not afraid to explain services and other details about their plumbing techniques to my friend when finding and repair two major plumbing leaks within his 1960 built home and laundry room area. After receiving a few "Outrageous" quotes from other companies looking to take advantage of an elderly man it was superior and the assistance from their team member, Winston that was the defining moment in which we decided to use Superior Plumbing and air!
