My husband and I just had technician Frank Pozzi from Air Pros in Davie come to our home to repair our AC unit. The issue was that our unit wasn't blowing cold air. Frank arrived at 1:05pm and the job was completed at 1:35pm. Total charge $404.00 Frank replaced two parts (1) a Dual Run Cap that he charged $179.00 to replace and (2) a Hard Start that he charged $225.00 to replace. In researching the price for a Dual Run Cap, the most the part cost is $25.00. The most the part cost for the Hard Start is $50.00. Therefore, we paid roughly $329.00 in labor for a 30 minute job. When I called and requested my receipt and asked Kathy to breakdown the price for me (parts and labor), she replied, "we don't normally break down the price for every tedious little thing." I am giving Air Pros a rating of 1 not due to the work performed, but due to the fact that they clearly overcharged us and then attempted to cover it up--still waiting for that breakdown! Also, after the diagnostic was performed, Frank should have come back to us, told us what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it, and then given us the option to proceed if we chose to.

I intentionally provided detailed information above so that consumers can fact check the information. Air Pros offered me free air conditioning services if I would remove my review. However, I decided not to because it is, in fact, true and I am deciding not to be overcharged by this company again. Furthermore, this is very easy to fact check. 1. Check multiple sources for the price of the product. 2. Take notice of how long it takes for the part to be installed. 3. Ask Air Pros, just as I did "what are their labor charges and how are labor charges determined?" Can they provide you with an itemized bill? They will refuse to provide consumers with any of this information. Also, there are plenty of other quality air conditioning providers in the area who are much more forthcoming and who are willing to answer "fair" consumer questions. Again, I do not want anyone to take my word for my experience alone. Scroll down and check other reviews and also, but more importantly, advocate for yourself.

I called in requesting a tune up on my a/c and Johnny F-1140 was sent to my home. Johnny did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable. He wasn't rushed, took his time and did I complete review of my a/c unit as well as going into the attic. He provided recommendations and showed me how I would benefit.

I will definitely be using Air Pros again and asking for Johnny F. Great job!!!

Highly recommended. Called them Friday morning and had someone at my house in less than 4 hours. Our technician Johnny was great. Very helpful and professional. He had our AC back up and running in no time.

We unfortunately started off with a company (Bruno) that wasn’t doing very well… Air Pros took over the contract and it’s been great ever since. John Farnsworth has been our technician, so it’s either the guy or the company that he stands behind, but it’s changed our negative experience to a very positive one. Definitely worth checking these guys out

We purchased a Rheem unit from Air Pros back in 2019 only to find out in 2020 when we received a notice from the city stating there was no permit filed or inspection performed. After several calls, several notices received and a lot of back and forth we were promised in Jan-2021 it would be taken care of. In March we received a notice from the City to appear in court! Now Air Pros has finally applied for the permit but we still have to appear in court. To add insult to injury, this week the AC unit, which is not even 2 years old, stopped blowing cold air and the first tech never showed. Finally a Air Pros technician came out today and did not have a long enough ladder to get to our roof where the unit is located. 3 1/2 hours later someone else from Air Pros brought a ladder and then we were quoted $1750 to fix it! This has been the most frustrating, disappointing experience we have ever had with a service company. Completely unacceptable!!

I would highly recommend Air Pros Davie to anyone in need of a new AC unit or in need of repairs. I was having an issue with my AC and I contact them. They were highly responsive and they arrived at my home within 1 hour. The technician, Billy, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and and nice. Service technician was right on time. Received estimate right away. Follow up from Richard Shaw a company representative. Checking to see if everything went well & if I had any questions. .I told him I needed to have estimate re-done (itemized) for insurance purposes. He took care of this promptly for me and followed up to make sure I had received the revised estimate. He was very professional & a pleasure to talk to.

The service manager was quick to rectify scheduling errors, which I appreciated. My previous review of 1 star was based on past experience with a company that AirPros recently acquired, and may not have been a fair evaluation of AirPros. After seeing that AirPros has demonstrated a high level of customer care while dealing with my issues, I can say I look forward to continue to do business with them. Their service technician was knowledgeable and prompt, and genuinely wanted to make things right, he was a good representative of the company.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional and once I called them they arrived at my house within 1hr. My technician was John and he was the BEST technician that has ever came out to work on any of my units. I received a phone call from John when he was 30 mins away. I also received a text message advising a technician was scheduled to come out. John explained what was wrong in detail and I purchased a service contract from him. Great guy will definitely recommend. Thanks John.
