On 5/11/21, Air Pros of SE Miami sent an AC tech, named Jonathan Cooper, to my house, to evaluate my AC. After his evaluation, he determined that I, mainly, needed a new UV light and a rotary(?) cleaning. I paid Mr Cooper $1,152.38 with my debit card on his tablet. It was now 2:00pm, Mr Cooper informed me that he would leave to get the fluorescent light and that he’d be back shortly to install it and clean the AC rotary(?). At 3:30pm, I called his phone; it rang twice and then went to voice mail. I called his phone again and it went straight to voicemail. I called Air Pros of SE Miami; they said they would try to reach him. At about 5:45pm I, again, called Air Pros of SE Miami; they told me that he would try to find the tech. The next day I called Air Pros of SE Miami about 6 times; every time, they told me they would have a manager call me. The next day, at about 1:00pm, an Air Pro manager named Nick called me. I told Nick told the whole story and asked him why it took two days for someone to even to call me. Nick said that Air Pros of SE Miami was using new software and a “mis-click” was to blame. Nick asked me how I would like to resolve this situation(of having paid his tech $1,152.38 without receiving any product or service). I told Nick that I’m not happy with this experience, especially at a time like this; I’ve been dealing with very serious health issues, I’ve lost my job of 22 years, it is a difficult and stressful time for me, and I’d just like a refund. Nick said he would start the “refund process”. That was on 5/13/21 and that was the very last time I ever heard from Nick. When I called Air Pros of SE Miami and asked what Nick’s last name is, the young lady on the phone said, “It’s really hard to pronounce, but I’ll have a manager call you back.” No manager ever called me back. About three weeks later, a person from Air Pros’ accounting department called me. She told me that, in fact, Mr Cooper installed a light and cleaned the AC rotary(?)! Then she asked me why I disputed the charge with my bank. I told her that I have not received the light or the cleaning(Jonathan Cooper accepted my payment, but never did any of the work). I then informed her that I have cameras inside and outside of my house. She then told me that Jonathan Cooper no longer works for Air Pros of NE Miami and a different tech could come install the light and clean the rotary(?). I told her that it’s been a horrible experience at a bad time and I’d like my money back. I then asked her if she was going to refund the $1,152.38 to me. She said she didn’t have the money. Air Pros of SE Miami has given me, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an AC company.

Stay away!!!!! Worst company ever!!!! I have been using them for a few years and every time they come they always say that I need to change something. Last time was the tip of the iceberg. My AC is only seven years old and I have paid for it twice with all the repairs they have recommended. This week I had a friend that I met recently who is an AC technician come over to check my AC. He says my AC is perfectly working fine and that all the repairs they had me do work completely unnecessarily. He used to work for a big company like them and they pay their employees to sell things, they give them a commission. Every single worker that has come over is super pushy and unprofessional. They come late, leave a mess. The last time they came they didn’t put the protective caps back on my outdoor unit and freon escaped. They also didn’t put the lock system to prevent anyone from touching my freon. I have through the years put a UV light in my AC, change the whole bottom part of the AC where the air is sucked in, change the heater system on the AC, change the coils on the AC, added Freon, build a bigger hole in my wall to pull the air and last time they said I need to change my whole ducks system even though the air in my house comes in fine. That was a 10000 quote. My house is perfect and brand new. What is this? Total scam!!!! Stay away!!!

Paid to get my yearly A/C maintenance and every time has been a disaster. I scheduled an appointment and the maintenance guy called me to let me know it was raining outside so I asked what it had to do with the cleaning of the AC inside and he said he did not want to get his equipment wet. My AC is inside my house. Rescheduled the visit and he was supposed to come after five. He text me at mid-day stating he is on his way. I called the company and they said they could not cancel him because he was already there. My nanny was alone at home with my son and I did not like that at all. I asked her to make sure that she stays with the guy and checks what he does. She stayed with him the whole time and he never opened inside my unit to check my AC. He did a report of 1 million things we needed to change and called my husband with prices for different things. That is what happens every time, they have caught us many times and we have paid but now I’m starting to see a pattern. Every time is more and more problems and cost. Last time they came, they said my AC would break that night if I did not spend a couple thousand to repair the ducks. Almost 6 months later in my AC is still working. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. They are now my worst nightmare. I call them because I pre-paid a maintenance package and want to finish it but after all this trouble I think I will just let it go and never called them again.

I was very pleased with the two technicians who came to give me an estimate on air-conditioning repairs. Doug and Corey were both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They clearly put my interests first. They recommended that I have my existing company perform the repairs this time, and did not try to sell me their own products or services. They showed honesty and integrity, something which is greatly lacking in this industry. I will definitely call Air Pros next time I need service on my air-conditioner. Michael B.

Not only did I receive same day service, the technician was at my door in less than 30 minutes after my request was made. He was polite, professional and personal. He explained all he was doing and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions on future maintenance possibilities which included things i could do on my own. I am super satisfied with the Air Pros and my experience with them.

Beware this company "bought off" the contacts from Solar Bear who turned out to be a scam company and now they are providing the worse service at outrageous prices. The techs come out on average 2 or 3 times to check on the property before work is done and then try to add more work. They charged me up front for a job and now that I have called to cancel they refuse to issue me my money back unless I give them concrete information about their pricing. I have reported them to my Credit Card company BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Let me start off by saying I love this company; we have used many different A/C companies in the past but this one is by far the best we have ever contacted. We have had on going issue with our unit for about a year and we had warranties on them, the other companies would come in, charge us way too much and not even fix the issue or get the right parts. So we saw Airpros had great reviews and my husband called them. They came out, Fixed everything at a much cheaper price and we have not had an issue since.

From the repair of my old AC unit to the replacement to a new AC the professionalism was great. All of the staff that I have communicated with was nice and genuine. Even though the air handler was the wrong one and made the job longer than expected. The service guy was patient and very diligent in getting the job done effectively and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family, and anyone reading this due to the reasonable price and quick turn around. I hope your experience is as good as mine was with Air Pros, LLC

The history… I have 3 units installed by Airpro but one has had continuous problems. Less than a year later.

This is my 2nd review. I was asked to remove the original review and they would take care of things. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and here I am again still awaiting this to be resolved. Mike, Krystal promised to fix the non working unit. After 3+ attempts of the board being replaced IT STILL ISNT FIXED. Therefore I requested the unit to be replaced.
Continuously waiting for return phone calls, technicians that are reading from papers and their phones to repair after being here 8 hours on each repair visit. SEVEN VISITS and it’s still not repaired.
Ive requested a new unit and here I’m still waiting. Let’s not even talk about the NO SHOW VISITS. I’m very upset and appalled. Help me Howard is my next call. The different Channel on TV are their sponsors….of this company and that’s why I used them….I’m sure they don’t know this is occurring.

I had a freon leak and decided to buy a new AC unit in may 2019. After reading hundreds of reviews I chose Air Pros, and it was a great decision. Richard was the person I first talked to, and he's amazing. Everything with them runs smoothly. They're professional, courteous, and clean. They constantly keep you informed of when the technician will be there and they're on time. Today Charlie checked my AC for the 6 month included maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.

Update

After buying an almost $5,000 AC unit from Air Pros May 2019, I've scheduled my 2nd included maintenance appointment around 15 times since August 2020, and I've been canceled every time. Their last cancelation was yesterday and they told me they have me scheduled for July 7th, which is more than 2 years after I bought said unit. It makes me wonder if I was paying for said maintenance, would I get canceled every time as well?
