A++++ Customer Service. Haven't had such great customer service in such a long time. A great pleasure speaking to Richard Shaw. Very helpful, informative and once my unit was fixed, he called to follow up and make sure we were happy. Air Pros is really lucky to have employees of this stature!

Horrific customer service and business practices. They refuse to show up for maintenance that I’ve already paid for, hang up on me when calling into customer service, and attempt to reschedule months out. Once they have your money for new AC install, they run the other way and never talk to you again. I’ve filed report with BBB and disputed with credit card company but hopefully someone intervenes with their criminal business practices

Air Pros was able to schedule our appointment quickly, even though it was a holiday. Our technician was Johnathan. He was awesome - punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend this company for AC repair.

Price Gauging! DO NOT USE THEM. They came in to diagnose my AC problem, they said it would cost too much to fix and suggested I should replace it. As a person who doesn’t know much about ACs, I agreed to replacing the unit. When the new one was brought in, it didn’t work either. They misdiagnosed the problem. Lack of knowledge and skills. The real issue was the breaker/fuse. My old AC wasn’t the issue after all! They overcharged for labor, over $7,000 + the AC unit. Absurd. I repeat, DO NOT USE THEM!

I paid $292. For them to just add freon. They did not clean the air conditioner or give me any type of warranty. Technicians were nice and friendly but I'm still feeling ripped off

After waiting from May 16 to June 3rd I finally received service for an emergency repair. Duct work came apart from a new installed air handler. Tech was very efficient, professional and nice. He even apologized for previous work being done incorrectly by another tech. I would give this tech 10 STARS!!!!

Not today though ----- Cleaning of coils $900.00????? Really.... When the quote was turned down stated that he was just going to leave. Oh did I mention $93.00 to assess the situation. Why yes thank you for gracing us with your presence. Asked for a quick fix quoted another $90.00. when supervisor heard coil cleaning was turned down wanted to charge $350.00.

Hung up and got a quote for $500.00 less for same job, and before you respond that it must me a less reputable company. I assure you, the other company is reputable.

02/19/20 Update:
I need to update/change my review. I have worked with the company off and on for a month. In fairness, Air Pros was called out to fix a problem that was created by another HVAC company - so I want to be clear in noting they did not create the problem.

However, the problem is with Air Pros employee turnover. One tech would go through all the struggle of identifying the problem, but the next day, the tech no longer worked there. That means, "me", the customer always had to start over. That was super hard.

Additionally, they are poor at follow-up. Somewhere there is a breakdown in communication between tech and office. If another tech needs to follow-up, I should be getting a call from the office scheduling that appointment. That never happened.

I had 1 tech no show/no call.

Let me add, I have no idea why they have such a high turnover, but it absolutely interferes with the customer experience. It is almost maddening. When you are dealing with a difficult technical issue, it is imperative to have the same technicians working on the unit to ensure accountability.

I did have another great tech other than Tony. It was Merce. He was/is very good. Great at communicating and keep the customer informed.

I never did get the problem fixed and ultimately had to go with another company to get a new install.

I would use this company again for minor and general HVAC maintenance. However, I would not use them for any major HVAC problems.

When I called AirPros for repairs to my apartment HVAC unit, they gave me an appointment, someone was available within 24 hours. Their email/text messages let me know when the technician would be coming, and they called around a half hour before his arrival to confirm the time. I appreciated their respect for my time. The technician, Keddy, got to work as soon as he arrived, and explained each step he would take. He resolved the situation in less than an hour. I thought the cost was fair, and I will call Air Pros again if I need service.
