This week Thursday I noticed my AC was not cooling so I called Air Pros AC and make an appointment for the next day, Friday, they told me between 12p-5p.
On Friday afternoon I called them after 1pm to check on status and they said my appointment is scheduled for 4p-6p I asked why was I not notified of this change because I left work early and they said it was alway that time and I was misinformed. At 5:15pm I called again and they said that I was the next job and the tech is still at the job before me and he would be there.
At 6:15pm I had not heard from them I called and they gave me the same story. I informed them that I am willing to wait because I need my AC working and that no one even called to tell me about the delay. They said that they would “email” their dispatch team to call me directly to give me an update. Now it’s 7:15pm and still no calls. I called again and got the same story about I am next and dispatch would call me. I asked why don’t they have a number to call dispatch instead of emailing them. They said that’s how it is with them. I explained that this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional of them. That I have to be the one to call to follow up! They said they work 24 hours and that I would get a call.
Well, it is now Saturday at 4 pm and still No Call and No Show!
Very Poor customer service with no follow up!

I contacted Air Pros via their website in the middle of the night once it was apparent my A/C was no longer blowing cold air. I got a call promptly the next morning confirming my appointment and the technician, Marty, showed up within the 2-hour time frame and gave me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He explained the issues I had with my unit and that I would be needing a new one (the old unit ~20 yrs old). He provided three options with various financing packages and did not pressure me into any of them. He simply provided the facts and let me make the decision. Once I had made my decision and all of the paperwork was signed, they were able to schedule the installation for the very next morning.

Andres installed our unit and was equally punctual and professional. He was working alone so the installation took a bit longer than the 4-5 hours I was told but the quality of work was great. I highly recommend Air Pros for your HVAC needs.

What a scam, its the old Solar Bear company at it again! Tech's come out with crazy high prices, try to sell you a new unit for 4x times the price, had another company fix my a/c for 383.00! Always get a second opinion for your repairs and replacements! Do yourself a favor and Do not use this company!

DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!! A technician came and sold me a service contract and a repair, said a supervisor would be over to do the repair. Supervisor David Hewitt arrived at my home and said I didn't need the original repair and tried to sell me over $8000. worth of duct work repair and blue lighting, etc. I declined and asked for a refund of the service contract and original repair totally 173.95. This was on June 18, 2021. Today is Feb, 10, 2022 and still not refund. Called company numerous times, along with emails with no response at all. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

I have been struggling with giving this AC company chances in hopes they could change my opinion and becuase it was the company who installed my unit and performed the duct work. However, I am always hit by them with unprecedented news of charges. I suffered the embarrassment of an unknown $175 cost just for them to come out and look at the unit with no repair. What is happening with companies nowadays! Why are they constantly trying to exploit the consumer. They have already made from me over $8,000 in the last two years and they have to charge such a high price for a visit to service a unit they have been working on. Good Lord ! Where is the customer loyalty they should strive for? I would advise anyone who deals with this company to seek a second opinion before letting them do work on your unit. Everytime I have called them I feel like I let in a Mafia member asking for money to protect my business in this case my a.c from imminent demise. So when you see the a.c rep walking away on the phone, BEWARE becuase they are coming back to hit you with bad news that involves Money for you to cough up. So disappointing.

This company's policy is Bait and switch and to mislead the consumer with their price gauging. They never acted in good faith and stole $650.00 from me.
I was convinced that I needed a new air conditioner, but the Air Pros technician was certain he could repair my broken unit. I agreed to let him repair my broken unit. He later told me he could not repair the unit and charged me $650.00!
Please do your research and compare prices before going with Air Pros.
In addition to ripping me off for $650.00; I was also told they could apply the $650.00 to a new unit.
To add insult to injury; I found another company that installed a better quality unit with a 10 year warranty for over $1,000 less than what they quoted with $650.00 discount!!! Don't be their next victim! the appropriate name for this shady operation should be Air Cons!

After completing the installation, the cooling is unevenly distributed. Had to explain and re-explain the issues following an installation to multiple techs that were coming out. The last tech that came out promised to deliver an estimate on the mini-split that according to him is the only thing that can be installed and even failed at that. Highly disappointed. No receipt provided for credit card transactions either. Would not recommend.

While I was interacting with this firm, I was told that multiple techs had left the company and now I had to deal with the new ones. The specifications that I transmitted to the company were not heard of followed until after the installation was complete at which point I was told that it was impossible. Not a company I would recommend spending 2k on.

Nice young willing to help crew . Respond very fast when you call with a problem. Professional well prepared get work done fast. Technicians follow up after each other if there is a problem until it’s corrected I liked that. Give honest information about your equipment and it’s condition. Pleasant people on the phone and those coming to your home . AC work is a bit expensive but It’s the going price in the market comparable with others so considering their other positive qualities I will stay with Air pro and would recommend to others. They young willing to help nice people with friendly animal print vans . Thumbs up for Air Pro . Satisfied customer .

I used the service for several year. For some reason the quality of the Air Pros service got really bad recently. I have a few properties that they installed and do maintenance and they left our renters hanging with a baby and simply didn’t show up on the scheduled time. When we call they know nothing about it and we have to start from scratch and wait 2 more days without air conditioning. Some renters have babies so one day without AC is big deal fir them. The emergency services after hours is a complete joke. They just make you repeat all information as they have no access to the system. When you call to confirm they just say they never spoke with you before. Something is really wrong there but I can’t take my chances and just moved to another service that helped me right away! Arnaldo from HI-VAC Air arrived 30 min after my call. I am so glad I don’t need to deal with Air Pros customer service anymore.
