Stay away. I purchased a commercial unit last year for 13k. The unit went out this week and I have been trying to get someone out here for 5 days to come and take a look at it. Air Pros is quick to make a sale but doesn’t care about the longevity of a customer relationship or the quality of the units they install. From customer service to dispatch the company is disjointed. If given the option, I would look elsewhere.

UPDATE:
I got an email from Veronica Kott, called her back and she referred me back to the call center. This only further proves AirPros greed and no after care for their customers.

Terrible!!!!!!!! Bad experience I have to share now - do not be the next victim and stay away from this company! Universal Air and Heat installed the new Unit 3 years ago, the compressor fan motor went bad. It is still under warranty. The technician came today and charged $948 labor only to replace the fan motor. It is crazy. Did not let them do it. After paid the technician service fee, he took the power disconnect with him when he left the property. Another AC company came and only need $250 to replace it, but could not find the disconnect to connect the power to do the replacement!!! What a company!! with these low quality people.

I’ve made numerous calls and sent emails to the company regarding the required permits and final inspections (air duct install and a/c install). Despite assurances from the CEO/president (via email) that the outstanding permits and final inspections would be addressed and completed no further action has not occurred. To date I’m still waiting on proper permits and final inspections. Additionally, I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the company still is slow in addressing my concerns.

Used this company 2 years ago to have 2 homes done. Every time we call for service they schedule it weeks out and on the day of, they cancel right before the scheduled time stating they have too many emergency calls. One time they actually made it out, they wanted to price gouge me with a $750 labor charge just to change a heating switch that was under warranty. Basically once they get the high dollar job done they are undependable.

The person who came was very nice and knowledgeable. However, he said the coils were rusted and needed cleaning. All he did was vacuum the grills, charged me $400. He left without letting me know he had finished the job. Very unsatisfied.

I have a membership with service from Air Pro’s, every since the purchased membership I have gotten nothin but the run around. No show on appointments, constant miscommunication, and No AC service as I was sold on. This entire experience has been a very regrettable purchase I feel as if I am getting the run around until my membership is expired. I have attempted to make 5 or 6 appointments to have service that I have ALREADY paid for and no one shows up each time. What am I supposed to think? I would never recommend this kind of treatment to anyone and if possible I would like a refund for my membership fees as I am not receiving service anyway

Horrible Company. We had the work done in November of 2022 and sold the house in April of 2023. Have been working for months trying to get the final inspection done and the permit closed. Every week they lie and say 'the permit was issued and the inspection will be on Wednesday' In fact, the permit has still not been issued. We will have to give the buyer of the house $2000 because of the open permit that AirPros was unable to close.

Where do I start. I had 2 units installed by Air Pros back in April 2019. One unit was downstairs and the second unit was upstairs. The downstairs unit was installed in the garage which they left a slot for a filter, which they shouldnt have as the house came with a filter change out above the garage door. At the time I didnt know what issues I would run into. After 11 months of issues I called them to let them know of al my issues with the unit that was in the garage. The filters would get wet from so much humidity in the air, the unit was sucking in air from the garage as well as from inside the house, it always felt humid and when I stored gas in my garage you could smell it in the house on hot days. I started calling Air Pros on March 2020 after many weeks I finally got in touch with someone that gave a damn. I spoke to Jesus and explained to him all the issues. He said he will make it right, they built an enclosed box for the unit in the garage and finally I was able to use the filter change out above the garage door. Fast forward to June 2020 and now we have an issue with the upstairs's unit. Unit stop cooling on Friday 6/12/2020 which I called Air Pros on Saturday 6/13 they said they would have someone come out that same day between 1-3pm I called around 3pm to ask where was the tech, they said now he was on his way. At 5pm I get a call from the tech that he broke down and that he would not be able to make it but that he can come out on monday at whatever time I want. I asked him if he could be at my house at 5pm on 6/15 he assure me that he will be there. I left work early on 6/15, at 5:30pm I called Air Pros to see where was the tech, they told me that he was dispatched and would be there soon. At 6pm I called again and they told me that because of the bad weather he might be running late so I waited 45 minutes and then called again. Same B/S story was told so I continued to wait. Finally at 8:59pm I decided to contact Jesus again I told him what was going on. He said that he will have a tech out there on Tuesday at whatever time I want. I told him that after 6pm it will work for me. Tech did show up on 6/16 and after some testing he determine that the unit was faulty so asked me when could they come out to replace the upstairs's unit condenser coils I told him that the work needs to be done on a weekend. He confirmed that the wont be an issue. On 6/19 I called around noon time to confirm my 6/20 appointment, they said everything looks good. This morning I called Air Pros at 11am to confirm that the tech will be here this afternoon, they said yes. 20 minutes later I get a call from a manager called John asking me if I had called their office enquiring about a new unit quote, I told him that they are supposed to come out to replace the condenser coils, he said that doesnt sound right. He said he was going to call the warehouse to see if the coils where there. After 15 minutes I called John again but he did not answer, he send me a text that he was on the phone with the parts department and a few minutes after that I get a text that they dont have my part. I tried calling him but now he's avoiding my calls. What kind of manager is he that he cant face a customer to tell him what's going on and apologize. I'm pretty much done with Air Pros, bunch of clowns that continue to expand but cant take care of the existing customer as they cant retaint them. I would like for Air Pros to give me my money for at least one of my units so I can hire a professional company to come out to fix my unit and then I wont have to deal with Air Pros again.

Fan motor broke on a Lennox HVAC they installed 7 years ago, and still under the 10-year parts warranty. Was quoted $1250 for the replacement. Tried to contact the manager to explain why such a high quote. Took them a week to respond to me after leaving several messages. Was told $1250 is the labor cost to replace a fan motor!!!! Price gouging at its best! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE PLAGUE!

After waiting all day for the tech he finally arrived 3 hours late. Only looked at the AC did not brainstorm or think about what might be the problem. Turned the switch on and off told me there was a refrigerant leak and air duct leak. Was told there was no fix to my problem. And the only fix was too replace my whole AC. Quoted me on a new AC system for 11K. Anyways …..
I called a different company the next day and he fixed my issue for $300 the next day. Now I have AC. Is you’re company only interested in selling ? I believe so.
