It took one phone call to get a callback in under an hour!!!!! That doesn’t happen in today’s world and especially not in South Florida. This is the kind of service we used to have decades ago. To know they are there is a huge comfort to us. No matter what time of year or what time of day it is, AC is a Necessity and AirPros does it best! We have been here since 2002 and until we found AirPros, we never had service like this! We won’t ever change!!!!!

Hello there! I just want to say i had Air Pros fix my AC today! They were fantastic! I called them and the salesman not only gave me the price but explained the entire job on the phone! That impressed me. I was frustrated being at my rental property with water leaking on top of the water heater and they accommodated me the same day within an hour! Yes! This was on a Saturday(7/7/18
My tech was named Jonathan and he called me within the hour to say he would be there! So impressive! When he got there he shook my hand and was very sympathetic to my plight! He was professional and he really educated me about my AC unit! He was awesome! I am proud to say that I understand what is a compressor, evaporator condenser, and air handler! He was so patient with me. I would give this company 10 stars and recommend that you use them for you AC! Jonathan even gave me more information about the life of my compressor and gestimate for air handler! I would use them again. GO AIR PROS. THANKS JONATHAN!

Best experience ever. Krys kept us informed of when the technician would be arriving. She was so caring about our situation. When Drew arrived he was professional and friendly. He explained clearly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable quote, had the parts in his truck and the a/c was working in no time. This company went above and beyond my expectations to keep us cool! I'll call them every time.

In the unfortunate event that I needed a new air conditioner, the entire team at Air Pros was supportive the whole way. I was given guidance over the phone when I called to schedule a tech. When the tech (Keddy) came out to look at the unit, he let me know that I would need a new one and I had options. We scheduled an install for the next day and the installation tech, Richard was amazing! He was very efficient and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. These guys are great!

The Technicians Christopher and Juan Carlos are very professional.
They call before arriving on the schedule time to my home.
They completed the job without any interruption to my job responsibilities at home.
They work as a team so every process of the installation was check again to assure it was completed correctly.
The new AC unit is working and meets our expectation Thanks Doug.
Working in the Customer Service field for over twenty years. I appreciate the customer service
provided by Air Pros Technicians and Service Center Reps. My experience is that when providing
excellent customer service will have the provider of the service feel confident and proud that they
prioritized the customer first. This will always bring back the customers and they will recommend

I had an opportunity to met with the Owner, Anthony of Air Pros, earlier this week. He give me an opportunity to express my concerns and experiences with his company. After, apologizing for my experiences he took full responsibility. He then shared with me his company’s core values and the present as well as future goals for improving customer service. In addition, he provide insight on the training his technicians receive before and while on the job. I left our conversation believing great customer service is the most important thing to his company. Thank you for listening and resolving my concerns.

I don’t usually write reviews unless the place was exceptionally good. Unfortunately this is not the case, I just want to spare other people who work hard for their money..... Icalled AirPros to service my a/c unit. They sent a technician who recommended that I get the coils cleaned. The same day I paid for the cleaning but they had to reschedule my appointment for another day. When the second technician came out as he was cleaning the coils, I heard a loud bang, and the next thing he said was that the drain pan had to be replaced. I called customer service immediately to let them know that the technician they sent out broke that part and is now saying that I had to pay $600 to get a new one. My argument was valid since a technician came and inspected my a/c the day before. Richard and Mitch offered to replace that part finally. Then I was asked to give the brand of the unit, which I don’t see where to read it off on the unit. So I’ve been calling them since to send a technician to read it out. I’ve been calling and went on a complete run around. Long story short they never owned up to their word. It would’ve been understandable if I never reported the issue. THIS is a HORRIBLE COMPANY and I hope no one else has to go through it

I have had ac problems throughout the last couple of years. I have had 4 different companies and multiple technicians come to my home and shortly after my ac went bad once again. I got in contact with Air Pros and they sent one of their technicians to my home (Austin). I can finally say after 2 years of ac problems my ac is finally up and running with NO problems. They were efficient, prompt and educated me as to why my air conditioner had been running poorly. i highly recommend them to anyone for any kind of service or installation!

We've used Air Pros for a little over two years and every time our experience has been great! They are always on time and their technicians are very professional. Additionally, their technicians are very knowledgeable and since using them, our AC runs more efficiently and our bill has actually gone down.

During their repair they were prompt and courteous and their call center staff was on top of keeping me updated on progress being made in getting me a tech onsite and as fast as possible. Although initially, i had price dispute with Air PROS, their upper management team stood by their name and reputation and made the situation right for me as the consumer so no issues there. You can tell they truly value their customers.
