Air Pros

Our experience and my opinion: The air conditioner at my sister's house stopped cooling air last Saturday. Jose, the tech, arrived mid-morning following Monday. Seemed pleasant and responsive (?). Had in-door and out-door unit replaced by the end of the day so we got cool air. I give them 2 stars for that. Air ducts were supposed to be resealed as part of the agreement, if not Monday, then Tuesday. No one has returned to do the resealing nor can we get a call back from anyone at this office. My sister has called multiple times starting Tuesday. She is seriously ill and this is stressing her out. It is now Friday and I have taken over calling and get treated similarly; called 3 times over the course of today. No call backs. I am so angry about this that I will be reporting them to the State Attorney Generals office, the Better Business Bureau, licensing authority with the city of Davie, FL and posting our experience on every review web site that I can find. I recommend everyone who has been treated shodily by this company do the same! Really sad part is my sister has used them in the past and was satisfied with the service and so chose them for this rather expensive service call. Never again!

My A.C. Technician Jonathan was extremely polite, knowledgeable and carried a positive demeanor. I would totally recommend Air Pros to friends and family members. They provide reasonable prices and prompt service. Their receptionist was very pleasant as well, I called the company for the first time in a panic. She assured me that I would receive service that same day even though I got home late, and she was right. Great job to everyone involved. 👍👍👍

Best decision I've made thus far, as a homeowner is difficult at times to find honest company that will diagnose an issue without ripping us off, Air Pros changed my perception. Not only did they fix my AC the technician Rob was very helpful answering all my questions assuring I was comfortable and we'll informed.Air Pros is definitely a keeper in my book.

I have had a very good experience with Air Pros so far. I woke up to my a/c not working in my apartment and they got someone out to me the same day. Frank was extremely nice and diagnosed my problem immediately. I was able to schedule to get it fixed right after the diagnosis. The scheduling was extremely convenient, and they were very communicative from booking to arrival. I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent experience. From the very first call to setup the appointment, Chris took my information and had the salesperson Chris (another Chris) come out to the house in about two hours. He sent me a quote that evening and scheduled the install the following day. The install was very smooth. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. I loved the text and email notifications! It's a shame that I can only give them 5 stars!

What a great company. Called and received a service call same day. Explained what the problem and gave me options of how to fix it. Jairit was our technician and he was friendly and very helpful! I even spoke to the owner Steve who was very helpful as well. I Would definitely use again and recommend to others for you AC unit repairs!

Frank was great. Professional and friendly. He worked hard for hours making sure every was completed and fixed. I appreciate his work ethic. I did have an issue with the people that were setting up the appointments. Multiple misunderstandings. Frank however, was great.

I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews before hiring this company. Our AC stopped working so we had it checked by 3 companies. All concurred that the problem was that the coil was dirty and it needed to be cleaned. We consulted with Air Pros basically to see how much it would cost to have that coil cleaned. They informed us that the diagnosis would cost $119. When they went to check they said that the entire AC had to be changed. They gave us an estimate of $18000 (eighteen thousand). Off course we thought that was absurd considering that 3 previous technicians told us it was the coil. We immediately called one of the previous companies and had the coil cleaned and the AC is working again. This place was a Legitimate rip-off. There are many companies in Davie. Don’t pick this one. Unless you want a misdiagnosis and highly inflated prices. Now that I read the review of other people, there is no doubt this company is the worst in the area. So many bad reviews can’t be a coincidence.

They were to install new ducts throughout the entire house. Did not install new ducts in the bedrooms. Have been trying to get them to install what was promised and paid for. They have promised to finish the job. They have scheduled four or five appointments to correct the problem. They have not showed up for any appointment. They do not call me to let me know they are not coming. Much communication on my part with managers who also do not show up. Very disappointed with their lack of follow through.
