Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

My air unit stopped working for the 3rd time this month. After calling multiple companies and trying to get it resolved I decided to go with Apex air. Luckily they are affordable! I called in the morning and they told me they would send someone out that day! Within a few hours I was greeted by Basilio who replaced my unit with a new one and let me tell you, it works great. If you are looking to get your unit fixed or replaced, call Apex Air because they are definitely top of the game.

After calling other companies for an emergency with my AC call them and right away send Ravi my technician who kindly explained and solved my problem, excellent customer service, efficient and reliable.

This is the worst AC company there is. I had a complete system installed by them August 2017. It hasn’t been three years and I’m having to replace the coils for the third time. Their customer service stinks. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They also do things illegal without permits. If my unit was inspected, it wouldn’t have passed. I really wish there was a way to get my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Warranty isn’t worth anything.

I wish I could leave a higher rating! The young man who came to our home was quick, professional and knowledgeable. We called Apex on very short notice and in no time the technician arrived to fix our broken unit. He was our hero today and we couldn't be happier! We definitely plan on using them to service our home in the future going forward. Thank you!!!

Worst experience ever!! Called them to come out and fix ac. The guy got here within a good tim . I was shocked about that. But got here didnt introduce himself. We said ok whatever. He did is check up then turned out to being a bill of almost $600. We were upset with that but said well we have to do it to have ac. The $600 was including some sealant to repair a leak and coolant. Well after all that was said and done he came back saying that he couldn't wait and that someone on the phone I guess his boss said he had to leave. We said ok but it hasn't even kicked on yet. Waited about 20-25 min and the temp stayed at the same degree. He then got on the phone again and the same person turns out his name was Tyler. He said well either you pay or he will take out the coolant. We said no we arent paying until the temp drops. He then walked out and went to take the coolant out. Very rude very unprofessional.

Great service that the company gives. My AC had a problem for a few days, I called the company and the same day they came to my house. They fixed the AC and now it works perfectly, they even called to see if there were no problems. Thank you very much for your service.

My AC unit was not cooling my home. I called around 10am and Michael came out before 4pm and did an amazing job. Got my AC up and running. Exceptional service. Hence, the reason I this company.
