I had another company tell me they couldn't fix my ac, and I would have to spend a small fortune on a new ac system. Apex came out, took what seemed like 30 seconds to say, here's the problem, I can fix it now. Literally lifesavers in this heat. I know that when I do get a new system, who I will be getting it from. Thank you so much!

My Samsung Refrigerator’s ice maker stopped making ice. I contacted APEX and was able to get a technician to fix my ice maker the next day. They actually came earlier than scheduled which was great! The price was very good and the tech was very honest about the root cause of the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future.

In our town's group FB page, there were a few A/C recommendations. One had an office right across the street, but they never answered the phone and no one was in their office. I then called Apex who was recommended as well, and in a couple hours a technician was here. He was very professional and outlined all my options. I knew I likely had to get an entire new unit. Although I thought the price was way too much, I did some research and called a few other companies who provided estimates over the phone, and Apex ended up being $1,000+ cheaper for the same job. Only two days later on a Saturday, he was back with an assistant and the two of them were awesome. They took their time and made sure everything was done perfectly. It's a tough task to work a ton of hours in Florida trying to make A/C work, and usually they are in the sun and in a house that obviously doesn't have A/C. But they were fantastic. No chance I use another company in the future.

This is a top-notch honest company with friendly knowledgeable technicians.
They came, they saw, they fixed they left. I'm always afraid that I will get taken to the cleaners when it comes to home repair but I would recommend this company without any hesitation

I had an new AC unit installed and it was the easiest process from start to finish with this company. What impressed me the most was the owner of the company Richard came out to assist with the install. I have been delaing with this comapny for many years and they never cease to amaze me and always go above and beyond and kudos to Jennifer for getting this scheduled qucikly so the home wouldn't be without AC

My AC broke down, So I called APEX AIR, WOW and that was the best call I Made, I talked to Owner Richard, and all his workers were out on calls and said he would come out ASAP, well he was at more door in Celebration less than 30 mins. My AC was only 3 years old, my coil went bad and he made a phone call and had one of his workers bring him what he needed and the AC was up and running....I waited a few day to post my AC nice and cool now I would give his company 10 stars if I could, give them a call, glad I did.

The price for the ac services was the best I found for the Clermont, FL area. Infact, I was so skeptical that I personally witnessed the services being done on each of my two systems. I spoke with other service companies and even they couldn't believe the Apex Air price. I am a believer and have signed up for the two services per year option. Give them a chance to earn your business; you won't be disappointed!

This review is for a young man named Steven. My appointment for an estimate was scheduled for 3:00 - 5:00. Steven showed up at 2:40. He was honest, VERY respectful, listened to ALL of my concerns and explained everything in layman's terms so that I could understand it. We haven't made our decision on which company to go with for the install. Or, even which unit to buy. If customer service is the only thing to base our purchase on...I'm going with Apex Air. Steven was very diligent and I felt he really knew all of the systems well. I recommend this company and especially Steven to anyone needing their A/C system serviced or replaced.
