Prices are good, I just wasn't very happy that parts don't have any warranty. "Once you installed the part, there is no return anymore". Words from the sales representative.

I recently had my Air Condition Unit replaced by Apex Air Conditioning Services. The sales man/ service manager was very knowledgeable and efficient. I absolutely loved him for the way he took charge getting me my new unit installed. He did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the service. Kudos to Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigerator.

Excellent Service both on Tech and the CSR service I received. I called to confirm my appointment on the 30 of July. They were quick to come out that day, inspect my unit, Accurately told me all possible outcome on inspection, Order part same day and arrive on July 31th and repair my unit. Unit was repair under a hour and also conducted a service inspection on the rest of my unit. My ac blow cold and steady and myself and the primary residence owner of this home who has medical issues are very happy with service! Thank you !

Apex Air Conditioning and Refrigeration truly focuses on customer service. I have never encountered a company that actually makes the customers needs their number one priority. All company's say the customer is their priority, but this is the only company where I have actually seen that exemplified. There main focus is not trying to upsell you or cheat you, their main focus is making sure you get the service that you need. I called a number of 24/7 AC companies to see if we could get a quote to get our A/C unit serviced that night and all the other companies informed me that they would have to call me back in order to give me a quote,and once they finally did call back I was told we could not be helped till the next day.Apex is the only company that stayed on the phone with me and did whatever they could to try to assist me and make sure that I was taken care of. We will only be using this company from now on to assist us with all of our air conditioning needs. Basilio Rios is the one who assisted us with our A/C unit, and I have never encountered a more exemplary employee. He was absolutely wonderful.
He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure our needs were met. If you ever have an A/C issue and he is the one who assists you, know that you are in good hands.

We have used Apex exclusively since 2014 for 3 different sites ( 1 commercial and 2 residential ). Apex know what they are doing and by far the best in Central Florida. Great team in place. Techs always arrive on time, are well presented and considerate to your needs. Billing is always on par with the industry but service levels surpass everyone else we have worked with. I hate having to call as it usually means something has gone wrong but am always relieved that they are on hand to help as no matter how big or small the problem is it is always fixed fast without repeat issues.
