Shortly after purchasing my new house 3 years ago the A/C stopped working. HOME Advisor recommended APEX A/C. They came out and recommended a new unit. I bought a YORK a/c system for 6,000.00 and they installed it. During installation they rebuilt the box inside the house incorrectly making it impossible to access and replace air filter. The owner whom was present for install promised a ceiling intake filter contraption that would work better. They never installed it at multiple monthly calls. Within one year the a/c stopped working. Every 2 to 3 months i was paying $80 service fees only to have it stop working. At the 2 year mark they stated the heating computer board broke and by passed it so the ac ran continuously. Promising to fix it for a $400.00 fee. After 6 months of $400 utility bills I had to turn it off and by window ac units. Contacted Home advisor tody whom promised resolution.
They said the will get back to me. Do yourself a favor don't do business with APEX ac.

APEX came out to the regular check up (every 6 months) my AC wasn't running properly. They unclogged my AC and did a check up and everything was running perfectly. Then they noticed he Reme Halo bulb was blown, so since it was still under warranty they replaced it for free, since it was under warranty. Everything was free, totally worth paying extra to have them come out every 6 month to service the AC.

My AC unit went down after we experienced some lightning surges around our home and after calling several other companies including Del-Air's 24h emergency services, which REFUSED to help. I finally called Apex and they immediately sent a technician out. Mr. Boe arrived 15 mins before the scheduled time to get to know the problem and started to get to work right away. He was able to fix our system in less than an hour, which included a bypass to solve the issue. Definitely do business with them again.

I'd give them more stars if I could. I am so thankful to Apex, especially Basilio, who went above & beyond for us. I'm in MI & my Dad is a snowbird in FL & has a very severe lung issue. When he got to FL, the air conditioning wasn't working & Basilio came out & had it fixed within a couple of HOURS from my call. In addition, there was a problem with one of the water pipes & my dad didn't have any water, plus needed a new hot water heater. Even though he had a death in his family, Basilio made sure someone came out the next day to get the water back on for my Dad. We handled all the payments over the phone & I couldn't be more thrilled with the service we received. Thank you so much for everything you did Basilio, & we send our deepest sympathy for your loss. You are nothing short of a rock star to us!!!
